Maybe you have a particular scene that you imagine for the next Batman movie? Well, this is where you can post a detailed description of it. I'll be writing mine in a script-style format, as that's what I'm most comfortable doing. Obviously these are only partial scenes.
1) In this scene I imagine Oswald Cobblepot (who we all know as The Penguin) as the newest board member at Wayne Enterprises. He charismatically takes charge of the meeting, winning everyone over, as he pushes his ideas on the rest of the board.
-The conference room is quiet. OSWALD COBBLEPOT stands up from his seat and begins to circle the table, much like a shark that smells blood in the water. All eyes are on him.
-Oswald walks to the window and gazes out over the city, taking it in. There is a pause.
-Oswald turns to face Bruce.
Hope you guys like that alright. It was stuck in my head for a while, had to get it out.

COBBLEPOT
What does Wayne Enterprises offer Gotham?
BOARD MEMBER
Excuse me?
LUCIUS
Mr. Cobblepot-
COBBLEPOT
Please, call me Oswald. We're all friends here. We're all on the same team.
LUCIUS
Alright, Oswald, as a board member of Wayne Enterprises, I'd expect you to know what we do for our city.
COBBLEPOT
I do, I do, but it isn't enough. Gotham is a dying city, and like so many others, we sit here and do nothing.

The Batman's out there, you know. He's out there, in our city, taking the law into his own hands.
LUCIUS
The Batman may be unorthodox-
COBBLEPOT
The Batman, friends, is a vigilante. He decided that Gotham couldn't take care of itself anymore, that we couldn't take care of Gotham, so he took it upon himself to take care of it for us! He started picking up the pimps and scoundrels out there, because we had failed. So Batman came, and like an over-bearing mother, he watched our every move, ready to come and 'rescue' us from ourselves. We had a man in this city, Harvey Dent, who did things right. He did things within the parameters of the law, the way they should be done.
BRUCE
Harvey Dent supported Batman.

Why shouldn't he have? The Batman fooled Dent, as he fooled so many others, into believing that he had our best interests at heart. Does he? If he had our best interests at heart, he would have turned himself over to the psycho who held two ferries hostage! He would have turned himself over, instead of letting people die in his stead, but he did not! Fact of the matter is, Batman let people die. That's tantamount to murder! So now he hides, instead of turning himself over to the police. So he picks up drug-dealers and murderers, and we're supposed to forgive him for the innocent lives that we lost because of him? How long, though, until he begins to beat jay-walkers? How long until he starts to hunt people for unpaid parking tickets? Where does he draw the line? I tell you, friends, that we have to draw that line for him. We have to tell him "no more."
BRUCE
How do you suppose we tell Batman "no more?"
COBBLEPOT
By showing him that the citizens of Gotham are ready to take the law back. That we're able to take care of ourselves and that we don't need him anymore! Is that how we want Gotham to be remembered? As the city that let a man, who dressed as a bat, police it's streets? Do we want to be remembered as the men who sat back, and let Batman decide what was best? I certainly don't.
