cool news about matthew taking over shaggy. I will miss casey as shaggy he was the best. Never really cared for the guys who replaced him.

Robbie also dished that there will be more Scooby Doo in his future. He shared on why and how he’s still brunette in the Cartoon Network film, “We’re doing the prequel to set the gang up to where they actually become Mystery, Inc. So who knows (about Freddie’s blond hair)…in some freak accident bleach falls on him or something or he just gets scared so many times that it turns blond (laughs). We’ll see.”

cool the prequel film was nice and fun i am curious to see how more with them will turn out.

ML still does a decent Shaggy.

Thats some damn good animation. And it appears, that they got rid of the crappy direction they've had for the best few, dtv movies. Glad to see that. Love the classic look in modern animation, much better than the last few years of design.

With this movie, they took it back to basics, and they did a decent job I think. Hopefully the new series is like it.

Has anyone seen the preview of the nw dtv on itunes? Hilarious. Velma stops mid-reveal to answer her phone.

Warner Premiere has started production on Scooby-Doo! Curse of the Lake Monster, the live action/CGI sequel to last year’s Scooby Doo! The Mystery Begins. The movie starts principal photography on March 15 in various locations around Southern California. It will premiere on Cartoon Network this fall, and will be released on DVD early 2011.

Scooby-Doo! Curse of the Lake Monster finds the Mystery Inc. gang heading toward summer jobs at a country club owned by Daphne’s uncle, only to stumble onto strange happenings around the local lake – including mystical moonstones, creepy characters and a Frog Monster on the loose. There’s mystery afoot and romance in the air that only the fearful foursome-plus-one – Fred, Daphne, Velma, Shaggy and Scooby-Doo – can solve in this Warner Premiere production. Warner Bros. Home Entertainment will distribute the film on Blu-ray, DVD, On Demand and For Download.

Also starting March 12th, 2010, fans can enter the Scooby-Doo Mystery Movie Sweepstakes, with a chance to win a trip for four to the set of Scooby-Doo! Curse of the Lake Monster during filming.

Good. I'm looking forward to it. It's amazing that this movie was better than the first two big studio made films.

If anyone's interested{who's on pacific time}, a preview epiosde of the new Scooby series, Scooby Doo Mystery Incorporated, airs on Cartoon Network tonight at 7. Apperently, it's getting very postive feedback from people on the east coast.

I actually enjoyed the first movie the most between the 2 big-studio flicks. The prequel was pretty good?
