Does anyone know the score music playing right after Roberta Flacks "The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face" after Logan wakes up in the future at the end of the film?
It's a different version of Hope (Xavier's Theme); a softer and more melodic version. I hope it's not going to be an unreleased track.![]()

^That's not going to happen unless the composer's name is Hans Zimmer.

He seems the type.Indeed
I didn't expect to like Ottman's ost, since I didn't enjoy X2, but he blew me off! He has evolved so good. Xavier's Theme is the best \m/

Oh my...
I always prefer scores after I have images to connect them with from the movie. My first listen pre-release was 'eh, some cool tracks', but now I love Ottman's whole DoFP score![]()
can't get enough of xavier's theme

Via John Ottman on his Facebook:
"
I'm mortified to discover that cues 16 thru 19 are in the wrong order and labelled wrong on my X-Men Days of Future Past album!
For those who care.... In the order on the album (which was NOT the way it was supposed to be heard), the correct cue names should be:
16. Do What You Were Made For
17. I Have Faith in You/Goodbyes
18. Join Me
19. The Battle Begins"
Also, I asked him if there would be another release that has additional cues, he said he wasn't aware of one.![]()
Has anyone noticed that Welcome Back - End Titles is actually the end composition of X2?! It's not the end music of DOFP at all, which had hints of Hope - Xavier's Theme in it. Ha, just noticed that now.
Giving an imaginary movie a 12/10 is completely ridiculous.t:
