Superman & Lois Season 4, Episode 6: "When The Lights Come On" (SPOILERS)

They could have, but Clark had it handled. This wasn’t Lois’ first rodeo lol. If it looked at any point like Lex was gonna kill Clark, I’m sure they all would have stepped in. But that’s not what was happening there at all. There was no fight to the death happening on that street. It was two dudes with a long rivalry having a long overdue brawl on equal footing.

I wonder if Clark was glad he lost his powers in that moment. That way he could give Luthor a beat down and not have to worry about holding back and could take all his pent up anger and frustration out on his enemy. As Superman he would never have been able to use as much force and beat him as severely.

I think it was at least as cathartic for him as it was for us. :hehe:

The season has been really good, but episode 5 and 6 reminded me of what I was missing. This show had really captured an aspect of Superman I feel like is missed out on a lot. That expanded cast that creates a community. The wedding and the town coming together to protect their boy gave me all the goosebumps. Especially when mixed with all the adorable family bits. Lois is so on point this season.

Not my favorite Lex, but his henchwoman is selling him to me. Yvonne is one hell of an actress.

All of Clark's issues are so beautifully written and really hit home with me. The show is just so terrific. All time Superman stuff and I'm going to miss it so.
