Yeah, Thanos is coming back in Guardians of the Galaxy in a couple months.

Look at this! Could our new mystery man really be Garrison Kane?

Today's release looks more like War Machine

Ugh. Oh god, horrible thought.......Bishop? Bishop who should be dead and rotting instead of being an Avenger. I can see that baby-killer saying that.

God, I hope! :awesome:

Stonewall, Absorbing Man's kid from Secret Warriors.

I'd be psyched to see him make Avenger but why would he need armor?

Could just be another one of his trasmutations. He was just super invincible first, then flipped out and turned into a Rock guy, then got hit by Ares axe and turned into a Steel guy.

I dunno, I just kinda thought he looked similar to the picture (while trying to figure out what's exaggerated on the picture and what isn't as a way of throwing us off) and if it wasn't actually "armor" but just a clunky way of drawing something that it'd likely be Stonewall. Cause I mean, what's going to happen to Furys Secret Warriors after siege anyway?

Yeah, I can dig that

I think Secret Warriors could turn into a book about Nick and the HCs trying to repair S.H.I.E.L.D. after all this Hydra stuff. I'd prob stop reading but I could see it continuing haha.

I've been cruisin' character profiles. Truthfully it looks a lot like Forge.
Forge be gone insane and dead. Something bout Storm's nether region makes men go crazy, even one's who admired her from afar like Bishop. :o

Yea, Forge went crazy due to the lack of having access to Storm's down below. :p

Oh, and the Avengers would be such a huge step down from what Nova is doing now.

Totally. I mean, I'd like to see him as an Avenger, but I'd vastly prefer seeing him stick to space, be awesome, and lead his new Nova Corps. He's effectively the Superman of Marvel's cosmic sector right now.

I doubt it's Stonewall. Secret Warriors is schedualed to run to issue 30 I believe. I don't think it'll be all that effected by Siege.

I'd guess Gauntlet. It seems most likely to me.

Though, I for one would be okay with Bishop. I loved him back in the day and hate his current staus quo. If joining this ragtag band of Avengers is what gets him back on the path of being a hero then I'm all for it.

There is no getting Bishop back on the path of hero. There's only killing him. Once you shoot Xavier in the head and spend almost 2 years trying to kill a little girl without explaining your reasonings. The only option is death.

He did sorta explain his reasonings.

She causes his future by a widespread disaster due to her powers, which turns people against mutants. =l

Would you kill Hitler as a kid to prevent the deaths to come type of scenerio. It's a logical question, just hard for us to accept it having not 'experienced' bishop's future.

Not in detail and not good enough. All he says is ''Cable/Scott you gotta trust me!" Never once does he actually stop and logically talk it out with them. Dude HAS to die and a forever death at that.

Wait till it's revealed that he's been right about Hope all along and HE saves mutantkind :o

Mark the time and date. I called it!

He'll be dead before he's right about Hope. Seriously, there's a million ways going about making sure his future doesn't happen. Never should his first option been kill a baby.

He's dead Jim. Not a bad suggestion though.

Oh like that's ever stopped Marvel before.

Then Cable explains that she not only saves Mutantkind but millions of humans as well. Who ya gonna believe, Bishop; a cop from 80 years into the future with a personal vendetta that doesn't care who he kills i.e. the whole freakin' world and a baby just so he can have an easier life? Or Cable, a soldier from 2000 years into the future who is sacrificing selflessly to save the world even at the expense of his own life?

Go Cable! Kill Bishop!

When's the last time you saw X-Men stop and logically talk anything out? They're *****ebags, the whole lot of 'em; they shoot first and ask questions never.

Wha? Pretty sure Bishop is trying to prevent mutants from being rounded up and enslaved.

That's a very small part of it. It's a very very personal vendetta. It's the fact that his grandma and sister were killed. He blames society for his loss, and blames Hope for society. He couldn't care less about the other mutants...obviously. He attacked Forge, The X-Men, X-Force, Cable, shot the Prof. in the head, and even teamed up with Stryfe to take over the age of Apocalypse. He cares nothing for everyone else. Not to mention that intentionally destroys the rest of the world simply so he could accomplish his goal.

I agree that trying to save your family is legit, but c'mon. Going back to the Hitler comment, I see a lot of similarities between the two using society as scape goat to justify you're own personal agenda.

Technically, shooting Xavier in the head as an accident. He was aiming for Cable, who timeslid just in time to be missed, and Xavier was behind him.

And where'd you get the grandma/sister stuff? His sister was killed by Emplates. And he has a screwed up way of getting there, but it really all for a noble cause. He's fighting for his future... which was a horrible place, most mutants slain, etc.

Yeah, she did good in Cable's future, but they're alternate futures so they don't know which way she could lead the current and Bishop's fighting to save the future, same as he always has. I don't agree with how he's doing it, but you can't say he's evil either.

Then mark the date and time that I called that a year or two ago! I'm hoping for it actually, as it'll at least put SOME justification toward Bishop's quest.

But in most cases, Bishop has always given some time to see if his predictions were right. He didn't just show up and chase Gambit around until he killed him when he thought that Gambit would betray the X-Men.

No he stuck around and watched Gambit to make sure he was right...and guess what? He was dead wrong in the end.

That is partially why I'm hating this knee jerk reactionary baby killing Bishop. :argh:
