Dude, that a pretty weak argument. In the early 90s, Sega was also capable of putting out GOOD Sonic titles. Today is a very different environment for video games and a very different story for Sega. Here's a review of SPIDER MAN VS KINGPIN and you get an idea why Sega is the best choice for these Marvel games.

I picked it because it explains in full the game's strengh in relation to what the comic book is.
Well if you liked that game AMERICA'S ARMY then you will probably like the IRON MAN ga me since the developers who make it are actually a Sega studio, now.
Id like to give Sega the benefit of the doubt, but Im really not having much hope hereSega cant even pull off a decent Sonic game these days, these are so going to be crap.

I think a Cap game could have potential if done right. Cap was easily one of the most fun characters to use in MuA and I could see a game featuring him having potentialSonic is what's known as a dead horse. Seriously, you can only make so many games with him. I think its unfair to judge Sega's ability to make new franchises based only on their ability to revive dead characters.
As for the characters, none really strike my fancy except Iron-Man, because I don't think free-roaming would be a good addition to a Cap or Thor game, and at the moment I'm sucked into free-roaming games. Plus, there's an oppurtunity for puns and hijinx in a Iron-Man game.
If nintendo could keep Mario alive for so long then whats SEGAs explanation with Sonic? Both characters and their games operate on the same level. Get through the board while jumping on enemies heads. And don't blame Sonics popularity for this. He has his own ongoing comic thats still published today and was the main contributor to all of the SEGA consoles success.Sonic is what's known as a dead horse. Both Sonic and Mario need to be retired, permanently. I'm gonna reserve my judgment for a final product, but in NO way would i ever judge Segas ability to produce an Iron-Man game based on a stupid blue hedgehog.
