Hello, everyone. I've been reading the other threads and could see there's a plenty of talented people here. I'm opening this thread so whe can help eachother and, for fun, write a ''screenplay'' for the third Batman movie.

This was made for interaction and fun, so, if you didn't liked the thread proposal, please don't bash. Everyone with their everyone. Said that, let's begin.

I Was thinking in start showing that Two-Face is acting as a vigilante. Show him killing two gangs that were negociating weapons with guns and explosives, a la ''Face to Face'', the first OYL story arch of the Dark Knight, by Paul Dini and James Kramer.

This could be fun. But perhaps it'd be best to wait until after "The Dark Knight" has been released, so we have a better idea where we'd be picking up from.

I have a few ideas for a third movie. I'll put them in spoiler tags, because some of them continue with the events of TDK.

1. Similar to Dark Victory, but different. The Joker is locked away in Arkham, under the care of Dr. Quinzel; however, Gotham (and particularly Commissioner Gordon) is struck by a series of grisly cop hangings, similar to the murders of the Joker in TDK. Batman and Gordon work together to try to solve them, but are unsuccessful. They eventually think they have their criminal, but the big twist at the end is that it was Dr. Quinzel (Harley Quinn) the whole time, under the influence of the Joker.

2. The riddler. Make him a dangerous serial killer who plays mind games. Very Saw-ish, just not a gruesome. He always leaves clues and riddles at his crime scenes. It would be a very psychological thriller type movie, which Nolan would be great at making.

3. Black Mask (Roman Sionis). Company goes under, due to Sionis' shady dealings with the mob. Lucius Fox buys his company, and Sionis' fiance commits suicide. Wearing a black mask, Sionis begins kidnapping and murdering Wayne Enterprises employees for revenge. He eventually kidnaps Fox himself, but Batman rescues him. The black mask gets burned to Sionis' face. From Mike Engel, Sionis learns Bruce Wayne's secret identity and goes after him personally. At this time, Bruce is dating Selina Kyle, who is living with Holly Robinson. Sionis tries to kidnap Selina, but gets Holly instead. He tortures her to the point of killing her when Selina accidently kills him.

Personally I think I would like to see the second idea on film first, then the first, and finally the third.

In all three I would have Bruce dating Selina, but no mention or introduction of catwoman. I would also add the marriage tension between Gordon and his wife (which it sounds would work perfectly after TDK), Janice Porter as new DA, Mike Engel, and some other minor villians (maybe Penguin as an arms dealer, or Mad Hatter as someone involved in human slave trade, or Deadshot or Bane. Finally I would also have something involving Harvey Bullock, not sure what though.

Love the third idea. I like Holly from the comics and wouldn't usually want to see her killed, but in this circumstance i could see it working well. I wouldn't have the bit about Black Mask being tipped off to Batman's identity, if Sionis is going after Wayne to get revenge for putting him out of business then there is no need for him to know that he's Batman. Also i liked the idea that they knew each other from schooling, (two of the richest kids in Gotham good chance they went to the same private school) and is holding a grudge...

Also the first idea is something i hadn't thought of before, but like very very much.

That's a really great idea for the third Nolan Batman film.

Think that Essen should def. be introduced in the next one to keep building and evolving Gordon's character. As you mentioned in the other post about the tension in his marriage.

Cool ideas, Bkye! Whe could definetly use them!

I Would love and ending with Gordon, now comissioner, reactivating the Bat-Signal. Batman shows up.

GORDON: I Don't know why i reativated this. To be honest, i tought you would't come this time.

BATMAN: I'll always be here until Gotham no longer needs my help.

GORDON: Well, that will not be soon...

BATMAN: What happened?

GORDON: The Joker runned away from Arkham. Somehow, he conviced his psycologhist, Dra. Harleen Quinzel, to help him out. They're a ''couple'' now. She calls herself... Harley Quinn.

BATMAN: How do you know?

GORDON: Thet... left a letter on the empty cell. Along with a card. You can picture wich one.

BATMAN: Obviously. I'll look in to it.

Batman gets ready to jump.

GORDON: Two years ago... When you first saved Narrows, you said i would never had to say ''Thank You''.

BATMAN: And?

GORDON: I Just wanted to say... Thank you. Thank you for bringing home back to Gotham.

Batman Smiles.

BATMAN: The merit isn't mine. I'ts yours.

GORDON: Mine?

BATMAN: When whe first met. You said to me two men could't make a difference in a dirty city. Look what whe've reached to.

Gordon looks to Gotham. She looks... Clean. Almost... virginal.

GORDON *Smile* : Good luck with the clown, Batman.

BATMAN: Thank you, Jim.

Batman jumps and activates his cape. He flyes away above Gotham. Like an angel avenger... Looking up for his kingdon. The camera zooms on the bat on his chest, as whe...

FADE OUT

COOL!! Though the "Thanks Jim" is a bit too buddy buddy.
Here's my concept for including Robin in the 3rd film

The movie begins at old warehouse by the docks where Two-Face has gathered all his hired guns to discuss an important matter. It appears that one of his men is actually a police informant and Two-Face wants to make an example out of him. The informant's name is Michael Drake and he pleads with Two-Face to forgive him saying that he has a wife and son. Two-Face replies with, "How sad, I had face. I am neither judge nor jury, *shows coin* THIS! is what decides the ultimate fate of all men. I am merely the executioner"

He flips his trademark coin, it lands on the scarred side and just as he is about to shoot him dead, a temporary wooden wall of the warehouse is blown apart as the Dark Knight roars in on his Bat-Pod (The informant had a final meeting with Gordon prior to this). A massive fight ensues and as Christian Bale dispatches all the thugs, the informant is unfortunately gunned down in the struggle and Aaron Eckhart escapes. The Batman checks his surroundings and curses himself for being so foolish as to jump right into the fray without prior planning. He was merely trying to save the life of the informant. As he kneels over his body, he hears a sound and sees a pair of eyes (of a young boy) looking towards him with fear. A terrible sense of Deja-Vu overcomes him and he leaves. The boy comes into full view, barely 18. He silently walks over to the body of William Drake and begins to cry. Only the surrounding darkness knows his grief. This boy is none other than Tim Drake.

Tim’s grief soon turns to anger as he vows to take revenge on his father’s killers and the Batman himself. He heads home but instead of sharing his grief with his mother, he decides to take a page out of the Batman’s book. He puts on some a leather jacket, jeans and a “Red Hood” (mask) to conceal his face. He grabs his father’s gun and a large butcher knife. Finally, he takes out a needle and a bottle labeled “Adrenaline” and injects it into his arm. Apparently, he is also a drug addict and the high he would receive would negate any physical pain. He sets of for an old hangout of Two Face’s thugs.
As one would suspect, he jumps into the fray. After the initial shock of getting attacked by a scrawny kid called the “Red Hood” had gone and one dead thug later. Tim Drake is brutally beaten up and left to die in a pool of his own blood.

Hours later, Batman sees him lying in the same comatose state. He removes his mask and recognizes him as the same boy from the docks. He checks for a pulse and after confirming that he was still alive has him rushed into a hospital. Tim Drake wakes up screaming and is surprised to find himself alive and well. He franticly turns around and notices none other than Bruce Wayne staring intently at him. Drake’s reaction, “Who the **** are you? What am I doing here?”

Bruce tells him about how he was merely driving around the city and found him lying in the middle of the road half-dead. He hoped someone was watching and decided to commit a good deed to fix his reputation with the public. Tim tells him he is a bigger bastard in person than on TV and Bruce thanks him for that. Keeping up with his spoilt good for nothing playboy image, Bruce decides to make big show telling everyone the “truth” and personally escorting him back to his mother (with a gaggle of reporters) so that the people see him as a hero. However, it all falls flat when it turns out his mother had committed suicide when her son did not return the previous night. Taking advantage of the fact that Mr. Wayne would no want to get his reputation tarnished, Tim turns to him with his hands folded and says, “OW pweese Meester Wayne. I gots no place to go. Won’t you take me to your beeg house.”

He says it with an extreme amount of sarcasm and disgust in his voice that only Bruce manages to catch. His motive was to merely find a safe place to stay, to think things over.
Thus, Bruce is now stuck with him and takes him to the Wayne Manor, which is still receiving the finishing touches. Bruce rarely speaks to him politely and Alfred hauls him up for it. At the same time Tim and Alfred become good friends since the latter feels Tim reminds him of Master Wayne before his parents died. Let’s cut it short and say Tim accidentally finds the Batcave and is naturally shocked by what he sees. Both exited and disgusted, Tim decides to steal some of his equipment and sabotage the others in his rage but not before Bruce finds him there and the two duke it out with Tim proving to be an able fighter considering he grew up on the streets, however he is no match for the Dark Knight who gives him a sound thrashing. Alfred is disturbed by this and breaking up the fight accusing Bruce of becoming what he hates the most.

Bruce tells Alfred that he is afraid Tim will end up on the same path he did or even worse in his path for revenge. It would consume him. Alfred tells Bruce that the only way out of this would be to groom him into someone who could compliment Bruce’s own crusade against the criminal element. He may look like a child but his mind is akin to that of a hitman. Bruce reluctantly agrees and trains him in the martial arts, criminology and detective skills. Considering his smaller stature Bruce decides to give a battle staff similar to those used by several martial artists. Lucius Fox presents him with a stealthier version (read more flexible and less heavy) of the Batsuit armor which was intended to be worn by pilots and recon troops. Finally a name is chosen, Robin is considered but after Tim complains that, “You want me to kill thugs by making them laugh?”
He is thus christened ‘Nightwing’

You may ask why Bruce is acting like a jerk well I only have 3 words for you:
THE DARK KNIGHT

Sorry mate, only read half the story.
In my eyes if you introduce any Robin charcater it has to be Dick.
Also Tim has never been Nightwing, and i don't agree with him taking up the characters mantle in a future film.
Also don't like the idea of Tim being a junkie.

Sorry if it sounds like i'm being harsh, just my opinion.
Like the start of it with Two-Face about to kill the guy. Would like to see a scene like that in a future film.

I KNOW! I KNOW!
Calling him Dick Grayson would probably be better but that just reminds people of the campy version (Tim is the modern bad ass one). Also, he would never be THE DICK GRAYSON without THE FLYING GRAYSONS and the moment you introduce a ****ing circus in the Nolan-verse is when the fans will start to lose faith in the director (It ruins the tone). Also, Tim could very well be a junkie considering the kind of world he lives in. It's a sad truth but its not like he stays a junkie.

Finally, since even if there are 30 Nolan-verse movies we will only have ONE Robin its better to make him an amalgamation of all 3 (Stephenie Brown does not count and neither does Carrie Kelly). Hence, Tim becomes Nightwing

I just can't have Robin without Dick Grayson, he is the reason the boy wonder is called Robin, he is Bruce's son (pretty much) they share the same backstory, plus he is my fav character...even more than Bruce, so that's probably also a big reason i don't want anyone but Dick as Robin or Nightwing as in a future film.

That's the worst part.
Stuff like circuses and calling your sidekick "Boy Wonder" just would not work in this new HEAT style Batman and Robin would have to be seen as an equal and less of a son. Maybe, in the future but not immediately

I realise referring to him on film as the Boy Wonder is a no-no.
and i understand what you're saying about treating him as an equal rather than son first, but i would rather it the other way around. I had my own basic outline for a batman timeline worked out, and i thought that Dick would be orphaned and move in with Bruce around 12-13, Become Bruce's son, Receive training from him, but not be allowed to actually don a Robin costume until he is older and ready, more of Batman's equal than a sidekick.

That's just an idea that i had that could happen. I know it has about 0% chance of happening though.
