Emily's back home in Canada and hasn't been in Atlanta since the beginning of July. Is she done filming already and they cut down her part? She was suppose to film until the end of Aug.

Chris has basically just been home on long holiday weekends but then he's the lead.

EVC has been off set for about 3 weeks now and had trips to LA before that.

But it's a long shoot. They still have a bit left in Atlanta then off to Berlin, Puerto Rico and Iceland.

There's no reason to think they suddenly started cutting down her material. She was scheduled to be filming the movie through August, so she'll be back eventually.

Unless, the producers and studios are not happy with the way things are going. One has to wonder, with the bad taste and resentment from the Natasha/Bruce thing, not to mention, even with Thor, not too many people seem to care about Thor/Jane, perhaps they are planning on putting the breaks on any relationships for Cap at the moment, and that means less screen time for Sharon. Heck, I haven't even heard of anything about Mary Jane in the next Spider-Man, perhaps Marvel is starting to realize they don't have a very good track record with females who are just love interests.

Well you haven't exactly heard anything about Harry Osborn, Flash Thompson or any of the Midtown crew in the next Spider-Man either, so maybe they're not in it and Marvel are realising they don't have a good track record with supporting characters.

I wager Sharon's role will graduate from paltry to trifle at best, but lets not pretend this is something that happened last second based on anything but the fact that Marvel would rather set up Spider-Man.

Well she's still in Canada, not in Berlin. She didn't film this entire July. Her tweet in the beginning of July saying, "So happy to be home" suggests she's done and is happy to be home from filming. It looks like Sharon will only be 20-25% at most in the movie. Gahhh! I at least want to see Sharon in a grey suit hand to hand fighting a villain instead of just shooting.

Speaking as someone who'd bemoaned the lack of Sharon in TWS and would rather watch her and Steve than a needless Spider-Man prologue or any of the stuff that irrelevant to Cap that we'll get, you'll just drive yourself bonkers fretting over it.

If she isn't a main character, my hope is she's minor enough that the AoS crew will be able to use her without getting blocked by movie division. I'm sure they'd put her to much better use than Russos would.

Not fretting, just a tad annoyed and disappointed just like the lack of Sharon in TWS. Sharon was touted to be the leading lady in TWS and then we didn't even get a small part but a glorified cameo. And now CW all over again. Yeah, maybe a part in AoS would be a small consolation, but I doubt it since Agent 13 might be too similar a role to Mockingbird.

Well the D23 expo is coming up this mid-August and it'll feature CW for sure. If EVC attends and/or Sharon's featured in the footage/teaser there's a bit of hope.

I don't understand, how could anyone hope for Sharon's big role in CW. Cap has to deal with CW itself and Bucky, there is no time for developing new love story whatsoever. It would made mess with movie, as happened with AoU. I hope, Russo know what they are doing.

Developing a new love story? That would be nice and according to a leaked set pic it hints at it and I want to see if Russos can handle a good romance like Joe Johnston unlike Whedon and Alan Taylor. BUT I just want more Sharon in general like in the cap comics. She's a main supporting Cap character and I want to see her play a bigger role like again in the comics.

No, it doesn't. It suggests exactly what it says, she's happy to be home after being away for a while. There is no reason to think that she's suddenly had her overall filming time shortened from what she previously said.

Back in mid June when she was in LA for a bit she said she was going back and filming throughout the summer. But then she was back home the last week in June again and in five weeks hasn't been back to Atlanta. They're off to Berlin this week. So we'll see if she goes along for the trip.

She's been tweeting from LA and Canada and has been photographed in both places all during that time.

You do realize they fly actors in to film or a day or two, then fly them back out, and they do this quite often instead of having the actors have to stay at the location... happens all the time. So she could of have easily been filming through at that time on atlanta sound stages while heading back for family time when possible. We just don't know.

I'm well aware, and that's what she was doing in May and June. But she's been very regularly spotted about as well as posting from LA and Canada over the last month.
