Stuff Steve, I totally ship Sharon/Nat. :woot:

So what you're saying is that Staron's not going to happen in CW, but they might in IW which is why there wasn't any spoilers. That's what I was thinking.

Yes! We're getting more Wanda/Vision in CW! That pairing's going to be interesting. So Rote is Brazilian.
You are waaay too fast in making conclusions.
I don't think, that ScarletVision will get full-blown romantic arc here. It's just a start for their relationship. And yes, I admit that I wanted Wanda with Cap. But what's very strange in all this situation is that Bettany is already speaking about Vision and love, while Evans still calls SC "relevant" + Russos' talk so far as well. It's been said 100 times already - this is not the Avengers 2.5. One may ask, why would they have time for Wanda/Vision, but not for Steve/Sharon in the last Cap's solo film? So if it turns out, that ScarletVision will get indeed more development than Staron in CW, I won't believe BS about some illusive time, they allegedly have in IW. Because Avengers movie is faaar more fitting for ScarletVision, than Cap's film. Because Russos are making the IW as well. And yes, they don't seem to be much interested in Sharon, and she's not an Avenger. They didn't bother to give her something more flattering than this awful vest and flat hair in this one after decent look in TWS. And it gets worse, look at this outfit, and then look at Wanda or Natasha. That's saying a lot.

I believe that is just EVC's every day clothes she wore to and from the set.

I hope so, this look is too bad for the film. It's just that Evans was spotted on the same location at the same time with his Cap's wig and film's outfit. And also Bruhl in civilian clothes too, but we know, he doesn't have a costume and was showed in the D23 trailer wearing civilian.

Actors are on different schedules and Evans costume and hair takes time to put on and take off. We saw in Georgia that he was in costume (though some times with the panel off) at the same time Elizabeth Olsen was in her street clothes.

I must have missed those photos with Olsen. Thank you, good to know. Because after Hill's look, when she led Cap's company to Fury, I wouldn't be surprised at all. This team usually makes their actors look gorgeous, it's just sometimes they are into too much realism.

So she has a small fight scene with Black Widow (logically she would lose, even if not by a mile) and recognizes a lot of people don't want Cap with Sharon.

Sounds nice.

I took that to mean had a small fight alongside BW. It was a little ambiguous. And yes she does seem to be aware of shipping issues. That's funny.

She might be better than you think. Not saying that she could take Black Widow, but she may not be incompetent as many others have suggested.

Wait but the host dubbed Elizabeth Olsen's Scarlet Witch before EVC's response so I thought she would get into a little scuffle with Wanda not BW. It sounds like she's not going to get to kick ass and wear her Agent 13 suit. :csad:

Far out! We're only getting a watered-down version of badass Sharon from the Russos!?? :cmad:

Yeah I'm confused, is she getting in a scuffle with BW or Scarlet Witch? lol. The article and the vid are saying 2 different things.

I think the romance will def be growing in this film.

Sharon vs. Black Widow? Maybe that funeral in all the set pics is Sharon's.:sly:

They're on the same team so she's probably not fighting Wanda.

Plus, that would be a rather hilarious mismatch.

The actress said "Scarlett." The narrator assumed Scarlet Witch, it's obvious EVC was referring to Scarlett as an actress she was filming a fight scene with. Besides, Wanda and EVC are both on Team Captain America.

So she basically confirms that Cap and her will only be friends with maybe the smallest of flirtations between them over coffee. Cap will find out she's a CARTER during Peggy's funeral scene.

It's amusing that she's aware about the deluded shipping wars. :woot:

It's not really that hard. Sharon belongs with Steve. Wanda belongs with Vision. Natasha belongs with nobody, because of the Brutasha nightmare, BW should be left a lone for a while.

Wanda belongs with Vision.

That's a shame. Because I saw a lot more potential in exploring Steve/Wanda, and Vision with no-one (because, you know, he is a friggin android).

I guess I don't put a lot of value in comic fidelity for this character arcs.

That's pretty much what we got in TWS, so I've never expected more.

I imagine if she was referring to Wanda, she's call her 'Scarlet Witch', or Wanda, rather than Scarlet.

Mike5575 and BullMcGiveny, you're both correct Sharon's going to fight BW. EVC said I and Scarlett instead of Sharon and Scarlet Witch.

Exactly, Wanda/Vision and Sharon/Steve are canon, but that doesn't matter to crazy shippers with raging hormones. I'd actually like to see Nat with either Clint or Bucky. But no thanks to Whedon I don't think that's going to happen.

Yeah, TWS has set the Sharon screen time expectations for CW very low.

I really doubt we're going to get much Wanda and Vision romance in this movie.

She says "I got to do a little fun, small fight sequence with Scarlett, which was fun", not "I got to do a little fun, small fight sequence with Scarlet Witch was fun", which could be how the confusion would arise, but wouldn't quite make sense grammatically.

She didn't even leave a long enough gap in her sentence where she could've said "I got to do a little fun, small fight sequence with Scarlet Witch... was fun!" and the tone of her voice didn't indicate it was said like that, so I don't know how the narrator could've taken it that way.

Firstly, I agreed with you that there will be more Wanda/Vision. But I never said that you thought it will be a full-blown romantic arc, you just said that.

Also we don't know that Wanda/Vision will get more development than Staron seeing as this is a Cap movie after all. If I were the Russos I'd establish her personality, build/develop Sharon more and her growing camaraderie with Steve with a side of flirtation in CW. EVC/Russos/writers need to make her likable so the audience can see why Cap would fall for Sharon apart from being easy on the eyes.

In regards to the Russos not caring about Sharon I reluctantly agree with you, but maybe this movie will change that opinion. I like Sharon's look, outfit, hair, and all. The vest is not the most flattering but like I said maybe it serves as functional, and practical.

Look, I agree with you. Right now I don't care for Sharon in the comics and hate her in the MCU. But it can change. I want it to change.
And it can do so if the Russo's make her more likeable and interesting in CW without shoehorning her or her romance with Cap.

If they manage to make her tolerable (I don't even ask them to make her a great character) I could stomach having Cap with her.
