I really don't want to have the same conversation again about all this Disney business.
Who did cast her? Good question to ask. Apparently not the Russos, they don't like her very much, you said so yourself. They even praised Bruhl and Freeman, while admitting they can't speak about their roles, but never VanCamp.
And they said that they can only keep Cap romantically uninvolved for so long. So, I think that's the reason why they brought her back - they just have no over option, they need to give Cap someone to bang in the future, but it's too late to recast her.

Do you have a better explanation, why VanCamp was suddenly pushed to the end of the credits, while other's names remain on the same places? Why she was at first with team Cap on promo, why she's in the lego set in the airport battle, but not in the movie there?

I don't know about that. Last I checked, EVC was billed pretty high compared to the others. I think she's 6th behind Cap, IM, Widow, Bucky, and Falcon. That puts her ahead of Ant-Man, Vision, and SW.

She was at first. But not now.

Marvel should have put that scene from the beginning in the trailer, but at least it's here now.

If Sharon gets a Sif sized role in Thor 1 or a Negasonic Teenage Warhead sized in Deadpool then I'll be more than happy.

I bet Sharon gets to kick Bucky just once here before he quickly renders her unconscious, because you know, Russos. But I'm hoping Sharon gets to fight along side Cap here like in the comics because he's also shown in this scene getting slammed against a door by Bucky in the ET BTS footage.

Actually this scene looks better when the close up cut of her is added in the beginning before she unleashes the kick. It flows better.

So we should have her go toe-to toe with a guy who held his own against Captain America in order to not appear that Russos mistreat her? Should we have Widow take down Vision now we are at it? The unrealistic outcome will be if she stands a chance against him not the other way around.

Me wanting Sharon to land more than one kick on TWS before he takes her out doesn't mean I want her to go toe-to-toe with him because that would mean she has super serum.

Plus I don't want a repeat of that launch room stand-off scene in TWS where Brock managed to disarm her easily.

2 possible reasons:

Billing is more about star power and agent negotiation than film role

OR

Russos didn't like some of her scenes because they don't like Sharon, didn't flow with the pacing, cut for time, didn't fit the tone, didn't fit the movie, and/or didn't like EVC's performance.

Unless your part is cut entirely, billing is contractual, generally speaking. That's why Anna Paquin was still very prominently billed in X-Men: Day of Future Past despite having basically all of her part deleted in the theatrical cut.

We saw this with Ultron. Hemsworth negotiated for second billing but that didn't keep his scenes from being cut down to where he had the least on screen time of the Avengers.

Daniel Bruhl is featured in the billing and there hasn't been one frame or shot of him shown. Meanwhile Boseman and William Hurt, both significantly featured don't make in on the top of the of the poster. Holland and Rudd who play superheros who have or will have their own movies and feature in the big fight aren't featured either and don't even make it on the face-off poster. (which they really should, there's room at the end)
