One thing I really loved about the trailer is how much I can totally buy Levi being Billy Batson. The personality and everything is just there. Seems like he nailed it

I wonder how this will be explained. I can get behing merch for Supes and Batman since they have been around for quite a while but how does someone like Aquaman get a t-shirt with his own logo on it? Was he ever even out much in the public during JL to be caught by cameras and what not?

Also, that kid has a Certificate of authenticity card among his stuff, I wonder what it's for.

I doubt it will get explained too much...it is just there to tip us off he is a fanboy.

Yeah, I'm not a huge fan of Freddie wearing the Justice League shirts but at the end of the day, they're just little nods for the fans, adds to his character and won't impact my enjoyment of the movie.

Why DC isn't planning a Dr. Fate movie or animation is baffling. Perfect entry into the magic world. Plus I love his helmet

Those logos were already present on their costumes, most of DC heroes have logos on their costumes, Lex didn't come-up with anything on his own.


I mean who can miss Bat on Batman's costume or "S" on Superman's suit and "W" on Wonder Woman's suit, lightning bolt for Flash or "A" on Aquaman's belt..

Gotta admit Jett in BOF has pissed me off yet again. Said this been set in the DCEU makes it less special. I get that he doesn’t like the shared universe concept but he isn’t so against it that he’s constantly spinning the narrative about how a shared DC universe is bad because so far it’s not really been successful. The thing is if you execute it correctly it does work. Sorry needed a rant.

Calling it now, Jett will like Phoenix's stand-alone Joker movie regardless of it's quality just because it's not connected to DCEU.

DC aren't exactly in the best place right now; they probably want to solidify their more popular characters before looking at the lesser knowns.

I'm sure Dr Fate will come about, more so if Aquaman, Shazam and WW84(?) are the success they appear they'll be.

The phone interview scene that was hastily pasted on the front end of JL is likely part of it. It sounds like Freddie's voice though at the end there who asks the last question.

If I had to guess Supes will visit at the end of the film. Perhaps give Billy a nudge towards being a reporter.

I don’t think that will happen personally. The rumour is it’s something similar to the Flash & Superman scene in the JL mid credits. Maybe Shazam! is saving something and he’s struggling, Superman turns up “need a hand”? Or something.

You could be right mind and I do like your idea. I just think it’s gonna be something funny that lets the audience leave with a smile on their face.
