They just really screwed up Galactus. I mean, why a cloud? They kinda show his image at the beginning of the movie, why did they deviate from this? They could have easily shown Galactus within the cloud at the end when SS confronts him.
Galactus was the cloud, its actually logical and consistant with the comics... unless thats just me being an uber geek.
(ie Galactus true form can not be percieved by most being so they see him as their mind would interpret something of such immense power and destruction.. in the Comics, its all about the superheros and the bright Spandex so people in the MU and us readers see him as a big supervillain wearing purple and pink armour...
the general movie public would interpret something so powerful and destructive as some kind of gigantic world destroying natural force like seen in disaster movies, such as a storm.)
I'm sure the designers for the movie didnt acknowledge this or think so in much depth when they came up with their design but saying his appearance was wrong is atually untrue
lol
F4 Movies weren't as bad as people say at all. Sue+ reed were a bit... persaonlity challenged, but theyre not exactly oozing personality in the comics.
Human Torch and Thing were DEAD on. Their interaction was practically channeling the comics.
Doom was quite lame, but seemed like he was being built up over the course of the movies. In reality if someone just gets a scar and then goes "Damn u Reed!" and starts wearing full on medieval armour and creating a robot army, it would be a little bit mad. I love Doom and love his origin, but taken outside comics it is quite insane.
SS Movie would be VERY VERY difficult, because hes a cosmic character hes very hard to connect an audience with. Thats why hes great as a guest star, and great for selling merchandis, but his own series never seem to do as well as youd think they should.
