I swear it is that slight right nipple which got the poster banned. If only they blur it a bit, then the poster would get through. Nymphomaniac poster had a nipple showing through the shirt and that apparently got through.

But remember, the very first poster of The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo was Rooney Mara topless showing BOTH nipples in clear view. So its not like this is unprecedented. For god's sake it is only a hint of nipple. I don't see what's so objectionable about that.

fantastic poster. Eva Green is a good actress ,beautiful, not skinny and looks over 30. no bottox IMO.

That's the thing, it's not even full-on nudity. If you stare/squint really hard, then maybe you can maybe make out a nipple. And Eva has done full-on nudity coughthedreamerscough before, this is really tame by comparison.

Yeah, if the poster shown a severed limb like the Saw movie poster, then MPAA won't have a problem with it. But a nipple? Teen pregnancy will go through the roof! Children will know where babies come from!

No, 100% confirmation, but certain aspects of her breasts look dramatically different in recent nude scenes compared to how they looked in The Dreamers and other early films. In a GQ interview, a few years back, she mentions googling herself after The Dreamers came out and being horrified by how much people on the internet hated her nipples. So the logical inference is that she may have taken the criticism to heart.
