Interesting to see in the new TV spot that the Queen seemingly grabs for the Prince's heart and then recoils.

I am also certain that the glass entity attacking The Hunstman and co is the solidified form of the Mirror Man.

It also looks like they are going to flesh out the Ravenna/Snow story with flashbacks and did I see The Hunstman fighting a Dwarf while doing a Matrix cartwheel type thing?

^it is actually not the huntsman since it is the statuary and the dwarves are aligned with him at that point and here is the screen cap might just be one of the queen's henchmen since he is rocking a big beard and short hair

Stewart & Mortenson Joining Snow White?

Viggo Mortensen looks likely to sign on for Snow White and the Huntsman opposite Charlize Theron, Variety reports.

The film, designed as a new take on the classic fairy tale, will feature an expanded role for the part of the Huntsman. In the Brothers Grimm version, he is ordered to take Snow White into the woods and kill her, but instead lets her go. In the new take, the Huntsman is not a love interest but, instead, serves as a mentor, teaching Snow White (who currently remains uncast) to fight and survive against the evil queen (Theron).

Snow White and the Huntsman should enter production soon with a release date of December 21, 2012.

UPDATE: Heat Vision adds that "The Twilight Star" Kristen Stewart is being courted for the role of Snow White.

Surprised there wasn't already a thread on this, I think it sounds a potentially cool take on the classic fairytale.

As a guy, I'd have to ask.... who gives a flying **** what guys think? If it were up to the majority of us, it'd be Megan Fox playing Snow White. So let's just forget about that whole angle.

The awesome visuals and tone of the movie as its portrayed in trailers/tv spots will be what puts men's asses in the seats. Short of hiring an actress with unbelievable T&A, I'm sure the casting of Snow White is the last thing to cross the minds of the male general audience.
