so, Lex knows Kara is teh alien from the ship and it would be assumed he feels the same as Clark. So, do you think it'll stay like that or he'll just forget?

Personally, i hope he keeps on knowing in the mythos because it'll bring a new dynamic to the relationship.

He better not "forget." People "forget" things all the time in Smallville.

He knows that there has been alien activity for some time in Smallville, and he believes that Clark has something to do with it. Now, his cousin shows up, saves Lex's life with superstrength (just like Clark did)...if you can't add up those dots, you have no business running a multi-national corporation.

I don't think he'll forget. I think he'll pursue it until it drives him absolutely mad. I do, however, wish they had waited until later in the season for Lex to have that conversation with Kara. It did serve a purpose, though. She wasn't too keen on hiding her abilities, but now that she knows that Lex knows, she'll have to keep herself more in check, not only for herself, but also to protect Clark.

Oh, no doubt. Lex is mad for power. And when he sees someone that possesses vast amounts of power (Clark, meteor freaks, whomever), he wants to harness that power and use it for his own gain. My guess is that he will use/threaten Clark in order to get Kara to do something for him. He knows he can't physically control Clark or Kara, but he can get certain things he may want by playing with their emotions.

Maybe Lex knowing all season will lead to some serious evil and confrontation. That would be fun to see, at last. Enough of this fake nicey stuff. He should hate Clark (and after Clark and Lana are together again, he will even more), and Clark should be at war with Lex, not trying to see the good in him or whatever. This isn't "Return of the Jedi," man. Don't try to bring someone back to the good side. Just kick his ass.

I meant using her as weapon against the alien threat. Then, as the season progresses he thinks Clark is the threat like he later thinks Superman and has Kara try and kill Clark or something.

I would think he'd want to use her as a weapon for a number of things. I didn't really specifically think about the invasion, but that's a good point. He was trying the "super soldier" thing with meteor freaks, and if he knows Kara has all these powers, would he try to maybe (gasp!) clone her? He already cloned Lana...

Yeah, the 'Matrix' version of Supergirl. She was created by a heroic Luthor of another dimension and, a while after arriving in the main DC universe, began to date 'our' Luthor before realizing he was evil and had cloned her. She went ballistic, destroyed the clones and kicked the crap out of Lex.

I'm glad Lex knows. He has suspected since the beginning. It would be embarrassing if Lex couldn't connect the dots and realize that every strange thing in Smallville is somehow connected to Clark.

I think Lex was honest in saying that he would have protected Clark. But all those years of being lied to by Clark, Lionel, Johnathon Martha, Pete, Chloe, Lana, and everyone else in his life was a big part in him turning evil, as was his father's parenting methods. Think about it: If everyone you ever cared about lied to your face and you knew it, how would you feel? Lex truly wanted to be good and got burned.

Quick question: Who has lied more on the show, Clark or Lex?

It's pretty equal but Clark's lies were for the greater good whereas Lex was always hiding something evil.

Btw, I don't really want Lex to know. There's nothing I can do if he does know but he just shouldn't know.

Doesn't Lex know in Birthright? If they have Lex know everything by the end of the series and uses it for leverage or something, that would be an interesting dynamic. I honestly wouldn't believe that a guy as smart as Lex would not know. It wouldn't be believable.
