Sons of Anarchy - Part 1

That was a great episode. I always love the chase scenes with the fast music, it's become such a staple of the show I can't help but smile every time. You can see it coming a mile off these days.

Nero went all bad ass, that was pretty awesome. The guy who was leading his old crew, with the gold tooth, was another actor from The Shield. It's a shame he and Benito Martinez couldn't share a scene together, that would have been pretty funny.

The fellow who beat Otto is very curious. When he said he was just a citizen, that made it very intriguing, I assumed he was a nutty FBI agent or something. Is he related to the nurse Otto killed somehow, I wonder?

I just love how this show is so good and has so much going on at once, that it could have me forget that everyone doesn't already know the whole truth about Clay killing Jax father and trying to kill Tara.

did my eyes deceive me?... in one scene, didn't Nero get physically ill and throw up in the kitchen sink and then Gemma kissed him a couple of minutes later?...

Looked like he was throwing water on this face to me...

Happy was a blast in the back of the wagon.

Nero indeed went bad ass. Too bad he jumped the gun and now appears to be losing it. lol that would have been funny.

There's an post from a few weeks back stating that he's an US Marshal. He's most likely the brother to the nurse that Otto killed since they're real life siblings.

I love Happy. There are so many great characters to choose from, but Happy is my ultimate favorite. I also liked when he told Bobby "Dude...you just fired off a gun."

Can't help but feel bad for Nero. He's got himself so wrapped up in the club and their nonsense and it's turning him back into a person he never wanted to be again. Really though, he should have known better.

Right, I seem to remember reading that he was going to be a US Marshal. Are the Marshal's not counted as "Feds"? I just read on IMDB that he's supposed to be the brother of nurse, which makes a lot of sense. I can't wait to see what he has planned.

Bobby, why you so stupid?

Going behind Jax back was stupid!
Yeah, because doing this sort of thing has worked so well in the past. :( What I dn't get is why he would bother, not like he has any great love for Clay or anything... ?

Looked like he was throwing water on this face to me...
I saw this as well.

I'M RAPTUROUS!!! that part still has me dying from laughter

I hope they explore Happy's character more at some point. He just seems to go along with whatever's happening at the time, but I'd like to know a bit more about his past -why's he so violent, why is he the one they call when they need someone interrogated? That sort of thing.

The end scene with Bobby trying to "save" Clay is quite curious.

Does anybody know why the Feds accepted the Chinese to run guns? I thought the whole point of RICO was that they wanted the Irish

Right i'm confused on that one.

I guess RICO was the only thing forcing the club to give up the irish kings right?

I loved the later scene of Happy sitting there in the clubhouse with blood all over his head and shoulder, completely expressionless. He is hilarious.

He does seem unfazable when it comes to a fight. I agree that some back story on why he is like that could be interesting. :)

that's probably what DID happen... it just seemed like he was bent low in the sink and heaving... gonna have to rewatch the ep... not just because of THAT, but because it was another GREAT ep...

damn, only two more left for the year...

Maybe he just dry heaved, lol, and nothing substantial came up. :p

I'm hoping Bobby going to Clay isn't a big thing or has a good reason, only one can think of is was he around with John Tellar and Clay years back? Had a hand in what went down? Doubt it, but just guessing.

I did think Bobby was first five or damn close but still, you know it isn't a good idea to go behind Jax like that. You don't always know what other angle he is working that you've now screwed up by doing something inexplicable or unexpected.

Bobby just had a stunned look and disbelief and disgust on his face at the clubhouse when Jax finally brought Clay's s**t out into the open...

just have to wait till next week to see how it plays between Bobby and Clay...

But wasn't their main goal to build a case against the Irish?
I think Galindo is working with the CIA while it was the FBI and the Justice Dept that was trying to build a RICO case against the IRA and the Sons.

Happy was...happy this ep. #RAPTUROUS.

Juice is in a really pathetic situation right now. Kind of sad to see Chibs just throw his ass out like that, but he does deserve that treatment for killing Miles and snitching.

I feel bad for Nero. Dude was out of the violent aspect of the gangster life and now he was forced into it again. Still, he was extremely badass in the ep.

Nice to see Donal again. Pretty ironic how he was supposed to play a biker in a biker gang in 1%er and now it seems hes going to be playing an antagonist against the Sons in SOA.

Its funny how Kurt Sutter gets the worst treatment out of any character in the show he created.

Does anyone know the song that played in the scene where Bobby meets with Clay at the end? It sounded like Curtis Stigers singing.

the chase sequence every episode is the show's dubstep mode.

Perry: Sons of Anarchy spoilers!
Tonight's episode of SoA will find Clay in a position he's never been in before, and unsurprisingly, he doesn't take too kindly to it. Meanwhile, if you thought things were heated between Jax and Wendy, you ain't seen anything yet. Plus, the walls start closing in on the Sons, and with the season finale happening next week, it's sure to be one hell of an episode.

The music featured in each episode is posted on the official website. http://fxnetworks.com/soa

The song at the end was 'Heaven' by John Moreland.

This show has the best music. :) I've bought a lot of the songs.

Yea this and Breaking Bad's music is just absolutely phenomenal.

Got a couple good ones off of Justified as well. :)
