I haven't for a second been considering what Jax killing Gemma would mean for Nero. On the one hand I want Gemma dealt with, but Nero getting hurt and him and Jax going at it is not something I want to see happen. I like Nero too much and I know that he likely won't survive a confrontation with Jax and the Club.

If Nero learns the truth of the matter, I think he'll want her dead just as much as anyone else. That b****'s lie got a truckload of his girls killed. At the very least, he'd wash his hands of the broad and leave her for Jax. I'm sure he'd have a meltdown about it, but still.

Oh yeah I blanked on the girls being dead. Yeah he's probably gonna want her dead for causing that. I only say probably because love can make people look at things in a very stupid way.

And am I crazy or did that Diossa chick that Jax slept with remind y'all of Tara? I didn't notice it until she gave that little speech to Jax about he was a decent person. When Jax walked out of the Club and the camera lingered on the girl she just reminded me of Tara.

Really good episode. Liked all of the developments. Unser had a cool moment which I was glad to see.

One thing I did notice, since I watched online was how literally the last 30 mins was just everyone talking. We were talking about before whether these 70 min episodes are a good thing, this is an example to me of it being bad, they couldve wrapped up those last about 20 mins in about half the time. The only scene I think that was valuable was the Wendy/Jax/Able stuff.

The whole Chibs/sheriff thing is almost like parody silly at this point.

And judging by the last line:

EDIT: Did Jax ever apologize for sticking heroin in Wendy's arm and forcing her to break her sobriety. I forget what were the reasons surrounding that move

I think that at this point, Abel's dead-eyed look is appropriate what with all the s**t that he's heard and been thru and experienced in his environment... is it too far of a stretch that everything around him has affected him worse than any other kid growing up in a better environment?... even with Wendy taking care of him, the psychological damage to Abel has already been done... and a good part of it leads back to Gemma...

I don't want to hear another damn word about Juice needing to die, unless it's to put an end to his misery. That poor bastard is currently suffering a fate worse than death.

The end of Moses was simultaneously well-deserved and horrifying.

That scene btw Tig & Venus was totally unexpected & fantastic. The highlight of the episode for me, really great stuff.

He didn't outright, but I think him letting her be with Abel and be sort of this psuedo-mother is assumed to be an apology. He did that originally because she was threatening to force her way back into Abel's life through legal action.

Right? I have absolutely no idea what to think of that subplot. It doesn't help that the two actors have like zero chemistry together, either.

That ending. I was waiting for something to happen, because the ep went just a little too well for the Sons. Everyone getting some nookie, getting over on Marks' crew (and how ), even Unser being portrayed as competent. The only real strife to SoA was Able's insidious scheme. Even that really only hurt Gemma and who doesn't want to see that at this point?

Gemma (to Nero): "I don't know why you're still here... with me. "
Me: "Me the **** neither! "

This Chibs/Jarry thing is a cartoon now. A raunchy, X-rated cartoon, but still.

Yeah, the girl looked so much like Tara I was thinking at first it was a flashback.

I'm conflicted about Tig and Venus. I like the idea of it better when I didn't have to see them doing it. Must have an inner homophobe I need to squelch. I did like the conversation they had later, there is an actual chemistry between the actors. Goes to show how good they both are.

I also can't help but wonder if the news about Gemma would make Jax feel bad for Juice. In reality, Juice protecting Gemma by killing the sherif and keeping her secret was done out of an act of loyalty, and all he got for it was punishment because Jax didn't know. Will Jax change his mind about Juice?

I was gojng to save these and binge on the last few but I broke. Great ep, seems like the show has bee spinning it's wheels lately but this was excellent. And next week looks freaking crazy!

And I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the big 'awwww' moment. Venus and Tig, a better romance you'd be hard pressed to find anywhere. I went from chuckling during every scene where they appeared together (Walton Goggins in that get up is still just as fantastic as the first time he appeared in the show) to feeling genuinely happy for them. I do hope they both make it out okay.

That was a really sweet scene w/good performances from both.

They should have crossed over and had them move to Kentucky for the last season of Justified.
