It was very Master Planner-ish, but I think they could do more to it. Maybe Doc Ock, as in TSSM, being behind the curtains with having a version of Sinister Six going after Spidey.

As much as I'm tired to see all the same characters again, I'd actually love to see the Sinister Six done justice. But maybe after we didn't have characters like Rhino, Shocker and co. for a while.

I mean is it just me? But when i think Batman i think Joker, when i think Superman i think Lex Luthor and when i think Spider-Man i think Osborn. So why hasnt he gotten his due yet?

Cause fans think Venom more than they do Osborn?
I'm sick of Venom being the center of nearly every Spidey game, I'd love to have Norman Osborn treated properly, or Ock returns as a master-planner like they made him in the first game by Neversoft

Neither Shocker or Rhino are mainstays of the Sinister Six. Rhino have just started his first tenure in it as of last year, and Shocker have only appeared in some off-beat ones. So it's not like they're essential.

Sinister Six will always be Doc Ock, Kraven, Electro, Sandman, Vulture and Mysterio for me.

So if there will be a game based on the Sinister Six, it should be those villains imo.

Switch someone with Doc Ock though...I think Doc Ock should just be behind the curtains and pulling the strings, and as a main and final boss.

I would have no problem with the current line-up of the Sinister Six that is in the comics, even if it means including Rhino. I always thought Kraven was more deranged than a straight up villain (which Kraven's Last Hunt had a lot to do with) and like him more that way. J.M Dematteis writes a kick ass Kraven, his Kraven back ups from last years ASM was awesome as well. (To talk about nothing.)

Watching that footage that WolfCypher reposted again brings up a small problem I have with this, and SD. They seem to lack animations at certain parts, look at when he gets dazed by that bomb. He is dazed for a second then snaps out of it like that without any transition animations. It looks weird, and is kinda jarring. It was there in that 8 minute footage we got some time a go to. SD had it to, replayed the Hammerhead level today out of boredom and when he goes from sitting on a perch point to a standing position, it just switches without any animation what so ever.

And lastly, I want some upbeat dialog to get shown. You know the stuff that is Spider-Man's trademark. I don't doubt it will be there but I want to hear it.

Yea i dont understand it. Thats why im positive the people making these games arent fans. There is no way we can go this long without having Osborn at the center of one of these games.

Scarlett O'Hara is the protagonist of "Gone With the Wind". She was known for being rather whiny and uppity. Miguel's last name is O'Hara. Considering how Miguel was also being whiny and uppity during that part, Spidey played both his last name and that moment up for a joke.

But then again, probably more than half of my friends wouldn't know who she is as well.

Im not sure if she's considered an icon anywhere, but like you said, she's one of THE most famous characters in any media. It's almost like someone saying they dont know what Citizen Kane is.
