It's partially why I am not anywhere near as excited for Spider-Man: Edge Of Time as I am for Batman: Arkham City. Yea im FAR more excited for AC than i am EoT. In fact im not excited for EoT at all, but Rocksteady is still using the same tactics that Beenox is. Look at Catwoman, Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy and Talia. They all fit the mold you're so outraged by. All of these games are grand exaggerations of actual life, why should the women(or men if you are looking at AA/AC) be any different?

If we ever get a game based off Nolans Bat-verse and Catwoman still has her **** out and is running around in high heels, then you'll have a valid reason to complain.

These are very different things. The latter is far more ****ty in my opinion. It looks like it was designed by Michael Bay. It goes entirely overboard, while the former do not.

Because I find it to be a serious problem. It wreaks of the "gamers are immature losers who can't get laid" philosophy, and one of the big reasons that gaming isn't taken seriously.
