This game doesn't hold a light to it. It's so obvious.

I don't hate this game and I'm a fan a Spidey fan. I come here to talk about him and to look for news for this game, in hopes that I might get interested by it. The game is looking better from the recent videos, but still not enough.

Being set entirely in a huge building and looking so similar to Shattered Dimensions doesn't excite, and from what we have seen, they haven't shown too much variety from the locations. I'm just waiting to get hyped.

I like the voice actress, but I think they should have got the one from Spider-Man 2 back if they couldn't get Tricia Helfer, that one sounds better than this one as BC imo

Agreed. SM2's Black Cat was awesome and my favorite so far. She was just so fun.

No h8, it doesn't excite enough from what we've got, from past experience to me that is a sign that I may enjoy it unknowingly, I'm someone who gets excited from trailers but bored with the product and vice-versa when it comes to Spidey games, even with that I still get to enjoy them highly later due being a Spideyholic having something Spidey with me

I hope it succeeds more than Shattered Dimensions did, and adds more Spider-Man fans like it predecessor did

Why not? If it fails, they're simply going to make MORE sub par games with a different dev. The way I see it, the longer they stay with the same dev, at least there's some consistency.

Not for a long, long time.

I get where you're coming from Troy, but people have felt this way since before Web of Shadows. The fact of the matter is, the Spiderman franchise makes a bundle of money for Activision and they have no loyalty to their devs. If one game gets panned, they simply switch out devs and keep squeezing blood out of that red and blue webbed money stone. It's simply the way they do business.

It'll prolly be in there quicker than that, we got The Amazing Spider-Man film coming and the new Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon, and in regular fashion, Activision is gonna spit out a half ass movie tie in game and a game based on the new cartoon. Both will quickly undermine Edge of Time

Sub-Par and decently received, it somewhat did me a favor, new game succeeding might add to it nicely
