I feel like $200M would be the cap for the film's budget, but I have no idea. The real question is how much will Sony spend on marketing?

I could see 200 million for the budget. 200 million now days is not really that much and I expect this movie to have more bigger/better action than HC and more web swinning.

I don't see why they'd significantly boost the budget. If anything, not having Robert Downey Jr. will likely lower the budget.

Great point. I can't imagine Holland getting a huge salary for the sequel. And Gyllenhaal isn't terribly expensive either.

I don't know if Gyllenhaal would cost more than Robert. Keaton will likely cost the same. But we also have the potential Samuel L. Jackson role. Maybe some of the supporting will thin out to make budget room.

I suspect Keaton will probably have a reduced role so I don't expect him to get paid the same as he did before.

At first I was disappointed, because I wanted to see an actual superhero guest starring. But Fury's presence is fitting, because Far will be the first movie in this era of MCU, kinda like Iron Man.

Cool, would much prefer this to another superhero helping him out again. I really want this Spidey to start showing he can do stuff on his own more. I liked the part in Homecoming where he dons the homemade suit and faces Vulture alone. That part and the part where he rejects the Iron Spider suit told me that this Peter was starting to mature a bit more. I want to see that continued.

Hopefully there's some more Ultimate comics vibes rather than some Ultimate cartoon vibes.

It's funny, we were all thinking the other MCU character would have to be a superhero but I never saw anybody saying Nick Fury.

Seems like Remy Hii ( Crazy Rich Asians) has joined the cast of "Spiderman Far From Home".

There are many pictures of Remy Hii hanging out with Tom Holland, Zendaya, Jacob and Tony on Instagram now.


Remy Hii is also following Tom Holland, Zendaya, the rest of the cast and Tom Holland's brothers on his Instagram account.


Also, Remy Hii is not present at the "Crazy Rich Asians" premiere at Los Angeles today.

The instagram photos clearly shows that Remy Hii is in London now with Tom Holland and the rest of the Spiderman cast.

Not sure why it haven't announced yet. But I think Remy Hii's casting will be announced within the next few days/weeks.
