It's hard to tell what's up with that suit/what it's supposed to be based on. Looks like he has fingerless gloves for some reason, not a fan of that. Looks like there's a bulky belt. Is it supposed to look like the Noir costume? It's like having the SM3 symbiote suit all over again if it's basically just a black version of his red and blues.

Also, anybody find it kinda dumb we're taking Spidey out of his element in NY when he really hasn't even been fighting crime in the big city yet? NY is important to Spidey, taking him out of that can be a good story, but here he has basically been confined to Queens so far, bar him helping out Iron Man in Infinity War.

It looks baggy in the top area for sure and that might be the look they're going for. I'm gonna GUESS it's inspired by the Noir suit which to me is a horrid suit lol. There definitely looks to be extra add-ons to the suit as well. Padding, etc. Tough to say until we see a clear image but I'm gonna say no, it's not the HOCO suit painted black.

Yeah I got Noir vibes from that suit, which I don't mind. I'm guessing this is going to be the big second act fight sequence and he's using a suit Fury gave him to do some kind of stealth mission.

Be disappointing if yet again, Spidey doesn't wear his classic red and blues in the finale.

fox just delayed dark phoenix (again) til june, in between A4 and this

wonder if it'll hurt spidey if it's poorly received, probably a little, but expect the usual "comic fatigue" articles to hit

Yeah that will come up for sure, I don't think people are going to force themselves to see DP though. No prior build up like A4 will do for Spidey.

My guess it's gonna be a different Spiderman suit. But i wouldn't be shocked if it had all new tech gadgets that peter has to get used too and be surprised about again.

Sony may profit on the film but Disney will profit on the toys with all these various suits.

I'm legit freaking the **** out. Mysterio was one of my all time favorite villains growing up and just seeing a blurry set picture from far away is enough to get my inner fanboy squealing.

I dig the suit, looks like it some form of dome would look good with it. Very excited to see an official look.

Color me impressed! Looks like a perfect live-action Mysterio costume, only thing it needs is the fishbowl and we're good.

Seriously: majestic purple cape, the big eye things holding the cape up, gold arm gauntlets, the green... all you need is that bowl.

This has made me realize that all I know about the character comes from the Spider-Man 2 video game.

The theater cut-scene was pretty cool.

Glad they are going for a classic look. Mysterio is one of the most iconic looking Spidey villains and it would've been easy for Marvel to just put him in a black suit but they didn't. So awesome.
