You are acting like CM was rotten. It was certified fresh and the audience loved it. So the early reactions were still right. Ànd the early reactions of DS, AM&TW were right too, since none of them were rotten.I know you're referring to me but I don't know who you are.
That's likely but replace Captain Marvel with Doctor Strange or Ant-Man and the Wasp and that's exactly what people were saying back then about CM. I remember it very clearly.
I didn't say anything like that. I said I haven't agreed with the critics for several MCU movies now, and many other releases. The fact that so many are so ready to put it above other Spidey films is questionable though.Marvels expertise lies in making good movies. Something holywood could use more especially in the blockbuster genre especially this year.
When im thinking about the most rewatchable cbms most of them are mcu. GOTG, TWS, IW, RAGNAROK, SPIDER-MAN 2, AVENGERS, DARK KNIGHT. So they are just really good on what they do.
No conspiracy theories, no mind control, no nothing. Plain and simple.
I thought we were talking about critics. We are talking about critics. DS and Ant-Man 2 have better scores on RT than Captain Marvel, yet the early reactions for the latter were more positive. Again, I remember it clearly, because people in the CM boards were actively comparing CM's early reactions with those for DS.You are acting like CM was rotten. Guys don't get caught up in all the hype, this is a very uneven film. Mediocre at best. Yes, Jake Gyllenhall is very good as Mysterio, but better then Spider-Man 2. I don't think so.
If the plot leak I read is true then yeah it sounds like it’s retreading the same ground as Homecoming and bringing nothing new.Guys don't get caught up in all the hype, this is a very uneven film. I can't believe you didn't add this gif to your replyIndeed it is.
I have Spider-man 2 under Homecoming, Spiderverse, and Raimi’s first Spidey. I’ve never been on the Spidey 2 train, so I’m sure I’ll enjoy it more than SM2 unless it really messes up.Guys don't get caught up in all the hype, this is a very uneven film. Mediocre at best. This is so awesome. One of my wants for FFH was not only for them to ramp up the action but create action that we haven't seen before in a Spidey flick. Let's see what they come up with..
Have you seen it? If so, can you spill the details (using spoiler tags) or PM me if you don't want to publish it publicly? The after credit scene is going to make some fans very happy.
I think I just figured out what it is haha. That's awesome if trueThe after credit scene is going to make some fans very happy.
Yeah, I also think Homecoming and Spider-verse were better than SM2. I personally think Molina's Ock just puts a huge nostalgic sheen on the whole movie. To be fully honest, I've never understood how Raimi's films get stuck up there with stuff like TDK.I have Spider-man 2 under Homecoming, Spiderverse, and Raimi’s first Spidey. So I am one hundred percent into the hype for this. It's great to hear the MCU has finally made a non-Tony/Pepper romance work.
