Far From Home Spider-Man: Far From Home General Discussion and Speculation - Part 2

Yeah that's from the crane scene near the beginning of the game.

Also, anyone who thinks the CG in that (great as it looks by videogame standards) is better than how it looked in Homecoming is high. And this is from someone who hates all the CG tinkering they did with it in post and hopes they tone it down for the sequel.

Is War Machine confirmed yet....:o

Iron Man 4 and this film can co-exist together in one package deal....:oldrazz:

Did you mean to post this joke 2 years ago, but it just now went through? Because Homecoming's already shown us how those "Iron Man 4" concerns spell out.

There was a whole scene with Fury burning his eye-patch in Winter Soldier like it was a big thing for his character but it is still there.

And there was a big thing with Iron Man blowing up his suits. And Thor losing his eye. And Banner being able to turn into Hulk whenever he wanted.

As Stan Lee said, comics are all about the illusion of change.

BTW, will Gyllenhaal only be confirmed when the official trailer is released?

A still of Far From Home has been released. Be warned should you want to spoil and soil yourself. But seriously tho....huge improvements in CGI from the last film.

Lmao the game is so good that people mistake it for the new movie

Speaking of the game, I've heard that Insomniac has made JJJ a podcaster. I'm not sure if I like it but it's definitely an interesting way to update the character.

According to Jacob's latest instagram story, the cast is on their way to Prague, Czech Republic.

Playing the game now, and I really hope they cast Remy Hii as Martin Li, because I'd love to see Mister Negative used as a main villain somewhere down the road.

Now i love Marvel's Spider-Man as much as the next person. But seriously, give Homecoming a break. That movie was a fantastic one for what it tried to accomplish.

After playing through the main story of Marvel's Spider-Man - I do hope Jon Watts and co take some pages out of the game for inspiration. Because while I think HC is the best Spider-Man movie, I do think there is room for improvement. Especially in regards to Peter himself. Would like to see him break off from Tony Stark and start making his own suits, gadgets and gizmos like he did in the game.

My two cents

Not sure they would take inspiration from the game since the stuff the game does is what the Marvel films have been directly trying to do differently anyway.

Looks like Martin Starr is back according to Jacob's Instagram story. There's a video of him and J.B. Smoove together so looks like some of us were right about Smoove being another teacher or chaperone on the school trip

I'd give a toe to be able to play the PS4 game. It looks great all around.

The game not trying to cash in on the MCU popularity is surprising and probably the best decision they made.....Not much forced MCU tie-ins no Mr.Stark, Pepper Potts or Happy Hogan insight.....Just pure Spiderman not Iron boy.

What's a realistic timeline for a trailer? When did we get the first Homecoming one?

We got the first Homecoming trailer about 7 months out from U.S. release date (it was dropped early December 2016).
