Just completed the story of the game. My word. I knew the twists and the heartache but doesn't mean they didn't hit hard regardless. Amazing, amazing game, cannot praise it enough, best game ever. Loved every minute of it and it just gives and gives. Will finish off districts now, nearly 100% on most so not much to do, whether I can do it is another matter. I appreciate many of you will have completed it months ago but I'm no decent gamer so am happy with my effort.

Not sure how I'm going to get over/or on with the fact I don't have this to play anymore outside of completion and free roam, I won't be getting DLC (unless that's sold as a stand-alone disc at some point). Genuinely missing it already. Incredibly emotional ending and content throughout.

The love placed into this game by Insomniac is on another level, I cannot believe how good the game is. #truebeliever

Am back into playing this after a long break and lost my rhythm on it, in terms of combo's and best style of play. Just doing some 'area cleaning up' before going to take on Rhino & Scorpion.

Trying to get all crimes completed in each district before I carry on with main story.

edit - Still best game I ever played and that intro still gets me, it will always get me.

I'm not an experienced 'gamer' so my access rate to the amount of games available on the market is probably not as vast as others on here but from what I've played, and it's meaning to me and the character at the forefront of the game ? Yes to me, its the best.

Got one last research task to do to get my full quota (aside from the 'missing' one, not on the map until I complete this one) which is the ventilation grate covers on the side of the buildings and you have to web all 15 against the clock and just can't do it, proving very frustrating. Any help anyone ?

I'm utterly kack at games, so that hasn't happened and won't happen for me, it's gonna be trial & error, got 6/7 at most currently on any one 'run' of the 15.

Amongst many & all the reviews for the game on-line, this for me, is one of the best, full of passion and understanding of the character and gaming overall, in which demonstrating how damn difficult it was to get the dynamics right in the first place for this and thus how well the studio did in realising such an 'event' experience....

The studio ended up massaging this into what became Prototype 2.
Programmers did an amazing job on Spider mans locomotion & wed physics. shame there's no footage.

They were posted online few days ago I think. You can find more images on the site.
