I must admit, I kind of like the idea of a teenage Spidey rebooted under Marvel's control. First reason being that in a weird way it makes sense to have Spider-Man show up later on in the Marvel Universe timeline. I like that Captain America, Shield, and the Avengers are all set up and established in the universe already as well as the Guardians of the Galaxy introducing the more cosmic interstellar aspects of the Marvel Universe. It opens the door for Spider-Man to be involved in a potential Secret Wars or Infinity Gauntlet Storyline down the road. Also the idea of a Marvel Studios Spider-Man seems so appealing, because this would seemingly have to be the definitive take on the Wall Crawler. No compromises this time. No Organic webbing, no restrictions on Spider-Man's larger Marvel Universe cast (potential for a Kingpin appearance for example) no girl next door Mary Jane Watson being his childhood crush, no proto Goblin nonsense or "Power Ranger" Goblin costume. With the additions of Gwen Stacy, Harry Osborn, Flash Thompson, Liz Allen, Betty Brant, Robbie Robertson, and J Jonah Jameson. Use the source material as their bible, comic accurate suit, take cues from Spectacular Spider-Man, and make sure to do justice to Spidey's character (quips, smart mouth, quick wit, great intelligence, and a good heart). If Marvel handles this correctly and gives us the definitive Spider-Man we all know and love than I will personally be overjoyed.
