Helen Mirren should play her in a movie.

Love the logo. :D

Remember the rogue trooper from the Clone Wars season 4 trailer? I think it may be a reworking of the character Spar.

Couple of days left 'til SW:TOR comes out!

@Hunter_Rider: Ah....Darth Nihilus. That guy creeped me out the entire game (KOTOR 2).

Reading up on Darth Nihilus his concept reminds me of the Ring Wraiths in LOTR's, more specifically The Witch King of Agmar.

And a Mandalorian fan too!

I'd love to see a book come out called the Mandalore Chronicles, that covered their rich history.

auction ends in a few days, I was the high bidder......IIRC about $250.......gonna start throwing my $$$ around Lol

don't tempt me with no $400 Wampa! I'm crazy enough to bid on it....
...Darth Nihilus = awesome

Ah so the bidding has reached your ceiling?

Heh! :D Well there is only one other Wampa piece and the only time I've seen one on E bay was a few months ago and it went within 24 hours...

I wonder if he'll get a statue although GG seem to be cutting back on statues, which unfortunately means I may never get my ROTJ Luke GG statue to go along with Han, Chewie and Yoda (Plus soon Vader and The Imperial Guard). :csad:

Agreed...

...back when the game came out I had a pal who said Traya was Dorothy from the Golden Girls if she was a Sith Lord...LOL.......I can see it......

Hey, that title is still better than what we got for the first Star Wars prequel.

I've just drawn a connection between the creative choice to use alien archaeologists instead of some sort of some religious element behind the crystal skulls can be compared to a the midichlorians from Star Wars creating the Force. Because Lucas has become so involved in developing technology, become more mature in film making, only did his big franchise movies to ease off obsessive fans, and more involved in the science of marketing, has this growth towards the secular had an impact on his personal faith beliefs as a result and this is why he doesn't keep support for the fantasy genre anymore? I think as Lucas makes more movies like Red Tails, he is going to step away from Star Wars and eventually leave it in the hands of others to creatively control. Even though Lucas has claimed to be more of a Buddhist-Methodist, is he really a lot more secular than ever before? I think it's obvious in his latest movies that he wants to move on past family and children's entertainment like Spielberg did, but felt like he couldn't because the demand was too much against it.

In my opinion, i dont think that's gonna happen; he's always going to have control of Star Wars and leave very specific instructions regarding it for when he isnt around. As far as what projects he tackles next, just because he doesnt make a sci-fi movie doesnt mean he's moving away from the genre all together nor does it mean he doesnt support it (dont know where you saw or read he doesnt, or is this just your impression?). Who knows what other stories he wants to make. If anything the fans are the ones that need to allow him to tell other stories. People are allowed to branch out; that doesnt mean he doesnt enjoy that kind of films anymore or that he wouldnt make them again in the future.

Also i gotta say, i seriously doubt he made his big franchise movies like you called them to appease the obsessive fans. He makes them the way he wants to make them if he has a story to tell. Obsessive fans can never be appeased :hehe:

Dont really know much about his spiritual beliefs or practices, so i cant answer if he's more secular or not these days.

Just my two cents of course, i dont live inside the man's head so i dont know what he thinks :oldrazz:, those are just my impressions.

So I got my Holiday Vader.

Depending on how a couple of auctions I'm watching I'll decide whether or not to put this up on Ebay.
