Star Wars - Part 7

I am!

I wonder if Maul is gonna either:

-Battle Dooku for the title of Sidious' apprentice

or

-Engage in a re-match with Obi-Wan.
I hope it's the second :awesome:

Hellion: yeah; i've personally thought maybe Dooku or Ventress kill her, but it wouldnt be wrong if they have her leave the Order because she falls in love. Would kind of contrast with Anakin's situation, and i could see that fitting in with him feeling abandoned by her, thus making him cling even more to those he does have and how fearing to lose them plays a very big role.

Why not both? Maul's been gone a while, he has a lot of ground to cover. :yay:

so.....not only did Ahsoka get slapped on the ass in the last episode, she freakin decapitated....what......4/5 Deathwatch guys in one move!!!

Ahsoka is such a badass...........

but I was surprised that the show would include both instances.......they're pushing the boundaries........and I like that.

and I could see Ahsoka falling in love with Lux and leaving the order.........would make a nice contrast to Anakin's and Padme's "doomed" relationship......

I'd rather see Maul vs Anakin :awesome:

Here's something I found on Deviantart.com:

That scene made me go...:awesome:

The only thing I am not liking with Clone Wars is that they retconned Darth Maul's Sith Tattoos as being Tattoos of the Warrior class of their tribe.

Wait so did Ahsoka actually die in a recent episode?
Watch it to find out...:oldrazz:
No, she did not. We're just speculating how they will handle Ahsoka not being in RotS. Will she be executed or go into hiding when Order 66 is put into effect? Or will she leave the Jedi Order to pursue love. Or something else entirely.

That bugs me too...I though I had read somewhere that I think Sidious applied the tattoos...that kind of irked me...here's a pic, I did a quick search...:

It's supposed to be the marking of a Sith Lord. It should have stayed unique to Maul, and not to the Nightbrothers.

LMAO. I could hear Palps voice as he applied them.

"Now..hold still..this might......hurt..a bit...eh eEH HE HE HEHH HAHHH!"

Thats what I wanted ever since the Heroes on Both Sides episode last season :hrt:...not all charcters have to die.........some characters deserve a happy ending, it also leaves Ashoka open to appear on other EU works.......I'm still not sure how I'd like to see Rex's story end (leave the Republic? But why is what I'm thinking, wanting freedom or not trusting the Republic/Jedi?...??????????)

I do not know where I read this, but I did read it a while back. Supposedly in Episide 3 it was Rex who led the clones into the Temple with Anikan to kill the jedi.

can it really be considered a retcon if the original story wasn't told by GL?

Just watched the episode that aired on Friday. They need to be more creative with this show. Someone wanting to kill a character that does not die until Episode 3. The audience will know how that turns out. They need to stop these plots

uh huh

is Batman gonna die in TDKR????
No
But you are still gonna see it right.
Are any of the Avengers gonna die in Avengers????
No
But you are still gonna see it
Is Spider-man gonna die in Amazing Spider-man???
no
But you are gonna still see it

in storytelling its not always about the end
sometimes its about the journey towards the end

No thanks.

That last episode in particular was pretty great and the show itself is probably better than all three of the prequels in my humble opinion.

It most definitely should go on.

Arrived today but going away until my Birthday. :D

BTW who's ready for this guy?

Oh yes! I'm still hoping he'll have the mechanical legs. The big question is if he'll survive, or did they bring him back just to kill him off again.

thats the upgraded Pre-Viszla right?

Yes, I'm hoping GG will make a bust of the new look as I don't see them doing a second maquette.

I like the attention to detail on that Sidious figurine. Those sleeves. :wow:

While true with this case in particular, the show itself had retconned official canon. When I get home I will post some examples.

I took it out the box to inspect and it's amazing, I couldn't believe it was so huge and heavy and the detail is just incredible.

I read the comic adaptation of Revenge of the Sith. It turns out Obi-Wan already knew about Anakin and Padme. Which is surprising to me, considering I thought he knew about them after Obi-Wan sensed Padme's pregnancy.

I was considering going to see the Episode I 3-D conversion, but after catching the trailer in front of Hugo, I don't think I'm going to bother. It had a barely-there Nightmare Before Christmas conversion look to it. It was also followed by the trailer for the Titanic re-release and that just made the flatness all the more obvious. Titanic looked great.

The trailer might not have been in 3D. I have seen the trailer twice in front of 3D movies and it wasn't 3D
