Thanks for this! It's honestly shocking we haven't had much in the realm of grounded scifi in gaming. I love Mass Effect but I've always been someone who has been more fascinated with what our reality could look like with space travel and discovery. It has to be the greatest mystery, to me, anyway so I'm very happy to see they are giving it that feel.

Guys the next Mass Effect better be fire is all I’m going to say because I’m blown away by the Starfield footage.

As pretty as it is I cant ignore that it's Bethesda so its going to be a bug riddled glitch fest. Like Skyrim, Oblivion, Morrowind, Fallout 3, Fallout 4, and Fallout 76. And they will never fix even half the glitches. No matter how many rereleases and remasters it gets.

With SSDs and Microsoft's DirectStorage API, it should be seamless like in Forza 5.

Ditto. The whole premise and look of it is definitely cool. But I've seen this movie before. Glitch tsunami incoming. I am tempted to get a Xbox for this though. But I'm not sure I can swing it.

I bought a new PC pretty much entirely because of this game, well, that and because my old one was really outdated, worn out, and struggled with emulators.

Microsoft's Q & A will make sure their games are tested a lot more and as Halo Infinite showed, they're ready to delay it until it's good.
