To be fair, Loki is the way he is BECAUSE of Odin. He gets what he deserves.

Yeah, Odin f***ed Loki up. If he were a better father and didn't let his obvious bias toward Thor show so much, Loki might've actually stood a chance of being decent. See the current li'l Loki stuff for proof of that.

I plan on reading Journey this weekend. I already like Loki as a child much more than adult Loki and MUCH more than lady Loki.

Odin: He killed a man, stole his child, raised said highly intelligent and physically weak child in a society that values strength over intelligence, let his other kids beat the crap out of him for his own good, and clearly showed favor for his jock-ish real son while only showing an interest in his adopted son when his skills were of use.

Odin can't kill Loki because it'd be an admission of fault in himself. He decided it'd be a good idea to steal Laufey's kid and raise him as his own. If the kid turns out to be a *****ebag who's destined to destroy Asgard, whose fault is it, ultimately? Odin's dumb ass.

Loki rocks Man!! one of my top villains of all time! the dude was so bad all the avengers had to gang up to beat his ass. thats a bad man jack!! I have loved dude since him and Dormammu teamed up to make the Defenders and Avengers fight each other over the evil eye. A truly complex individual.He seems to want to cause Thor more problems ,than really seeking the throne. Plus that Green and Yellow ( thats a hard look to pull off and not get shoved into a locker somewhere) with the horns looks bad ass! Loki Rocks like Valkyries riding to a Wagner opera! KILL THE WABBIT!!KILL THE WABBIT!! hahaha

The horns are so associated with the character now that it's hard for me to believe that he didn't even have them for arguably the most influential period in Thor's comic: the Simonson era.

I recall most not liking it at first comparing Thor and Loki to Batman and Robin. I think it's something fresh and not been done before. In my book that gets bonus points.
