Settle down... You're starting to sound like Namor...

I like Black Adam as a villain with a tragic backstory like Magneto or Two Face but I was not a fan of him as a hero/anti hero

Namor needs to stop obsessing over Sue and lusting after his cousin

I'm just saying :o

Black Adam is one of my favorite DC characters. He's not for everyone but I think he's awesome.

Black Adam is definitely my fav DC villain. I need him and the rest of the Marvel Family to show up post-relaunch

Well, that's it for Black Adam

Wonder Girl (Cassie Sandsmark)

Never cared about her before. Though I like the idea of there being a Wonder Girl so she "has her place" to me in the DCU.

Majority of people got quickly annoyed of her badly coping with Conner's death, but to me it is realistic. We tend to not think of time in comics as being realistic because of all the things that can happen in 1 year. I felt that DC dealt with her coping and Conner's death in a real time fashion. So it never bugged me.

Yeah, but joining a cult because your boyfriend died is a bit of an extreme reaction.

That happened in 52. Directly after her death. And given the world they live in, where people CAN and DO come back...didn't seem farfetched to me.

I'm just sayin'.....there are better ways.

Making out with his best friend wasn't so good either. :o

Better ways? I'll agree.

Making out with his best friend? I'll agree on that as well. But that is a real thing where two people suffering a loss come together through said loss. Seeing as that has much more semblance of 'realism' to it, I accepted it even though I read it saying "no, dont! nooooooo!!!".

Best odd reaction I've seen to the death of a loved one in Superhero comics was Siren when she found out her father (Banshee) got killed. She was like, eh, he'll be back. I know like 12 people who have come back from the dead. Five in the last 2 years. :o

You just full of wrong opinions today huh spoons? :o

He means Morrison would do a better job writing it.

I assumed that until I saw he quoted Spoons post that says "Whoever wrote Trials of Shazam". Because that implies he thought Morrison wrote it AND would be a good job to reboot it.

If Morrison rebooted Captain Marvel mythos I'd be overly pissed and not want to check it out.

Hahaha well for a superhero I suppose that is a sensible reaction :hehe:

I loved Cassie in the Young Justice series but since then I've not been as keen about how she is written

Morrison, dammit! :cmad:

I would read it

Why no love for Morrison on the Marvel family sidekick

No love for Morrison period. I made that fact obviously known on these forums and I don't really wanna re-iterate again. I'm sure you witnessed one of my small rants. I don't want him potentially ruining the Marvel family for me.

Cassie has been the greatest casualty of Infinite Crisis. No character was as f'd up as her after that one.
