yeah in Cap.TWS. they made Jasper a Lousy Traitor to shield:argh: but in the book he was a bow tie, glasses wearing, freckled face nerd agent who loved Shield( i am pretty sure he was what Coulson was modeled after ) i dug the comic book one! he's cool ,i like him.. and yeah like miles said he looks like Johnny Bravo in that pic! hahaha:cwink:

I enjoyed what David was going for back in the 90's with Alex, but I lost track of what's been done since. This guy is unfortunately someone that is defined by another character, and that's Scott. He's either rebelling against Scott in some way or is trying hardest to live up to the standards of Scott. Either way, that's no way to live. If anything, I kind of feel that's what Polaris and he have in common. Extremely famous family members whose shadow one has a hard time getting out from under. I think that his 1980's outfit is one of the absolute worst comic book superhero designs of all time. No updating of that look has made it work. The X-Factor outfit was the only one that ever looked halfway decent on Summers.

One of my fav X-Men! It's a shame I don't like Uncanny Avengers cuz it's the only book he's in right now aside form cameos in PAD's X-Factor.

Never read anything with Havok so I can't form an opinion on the comic book version, but I can say he looks cool.

Who? Never heard of him
I saw Vulcan and for a second thought you meant BlackVulcan
Heh! nope spider my man( i am not related) :cwink: thats the third summers brother who Marvel made appear outta Nowhere!:whatever: Corsair was a busy dude it seems!
Anyways
"CRY HAVOK AND RELEASE THE DOGS OF WAR!!!I cry HAVOK cause i DIG THAT DUDE !i think he is awesome! dug "Mutant X and dug that when he use to use his powers it just wreck %^&*! THAT'S COOL!!

I hate him in Uncanny Avengers. Thanks Remender.

I was fine with him before, but he's nothing special. Polaris is way cooler. Hopefully someone will come and fix him.

Remender stuff aside, Havok's always been a better character than Cyclops. And I say that as someone who likes Cyclops. The only problem is that Alex keeps going through the same "I need to do something amazing to get out of my brother's shadow" arc every other year.

Hey where did the remender hate come from that guy hasnt written anything that didnt like but i agree he could have done a bit more with havok. But it's not bad i like his relationship with wasp. Overall he was always kind of boring to me. I wish they'll bring his tron costume back cause every other one sucks! The one in planet x was really good but it was only for that arc =(

oH YEAHHHHH! I had forgot about the Tron outfit!i dug that one! I dug the big headband one too,but i was always like why dont some bad dude just grab him by it. i also agree that with Manic that Havok i juts as good as Cyclops maybe better but he always get written as being somewhat "limp!"

Uncanny Avengers has been a huge disappointment. Captain America has been bland as well.

I like Havok. He's an interesting character. Did you guys know he's a geologist with a degree in geophysics? Have they ever mentioned that past the 80's? He had a crap life as much as Scott did but he's better adjusted than Scott ever was, although you could just say that was due to being able to control his powers.

He really needs to stop dating Polaris though, she's crazier than a bag of cats. His love life has been weird since he took Scotts sloppy seconds in the form of Scotts old girlfriends clone Madelyne Pryor.

Later he got kicked through a portal and joined Genoshas jerk squad until he gained his memory back, then he helped form X-Factor Ver.2, again Scotts sloppy seconds. :oldrazz:

Then we got that awesome Mutant X comic a few years later. I loved that series!!! It went bananas in a few issues and never went back. :D

I like Cyclops better. At least he can brag about bringing together pretty much every mutant on the planet under his command. :p

Master Mold is a pretty good villain, I like him. He mass produces quite a lot of Sentinels to hunt mutants everywhere.

I always found him creepy. Something about a male figure giving birth. Thats why I could never watch Junior. I wonder how they come up with these characters.

What about Thunderball? I find him to be a very under appreciated character considering the famous war he had with venom, I think he would make a great hero. He was so awesome in that story Death Trap the Vault, yet when I see him on tv he sounds like some brain damaged hick who got a concussion at a paper mill in North Louisiana.

Isn't he suppose to be one of the smartest people in Marvel?

I know Thunderball is a doctor, don't know how smart he is
