Isn't Thanos being incredibly out of character by helping Namor destroy other planets/universes? Why wouldn't he resume his mission to kill his offspring since technically he just got unfrozen after Infinity. It doesn't seem like one who loves death would help Namor save earth; he might raze it first then go to different realities killing them all first. Any opinions on The Cabal

I love Jessica Drew. I appreciate that Bendis tried to use her in a bigger role but they really botched the hell out of it.

I exactly agree. I'd add that having her be a skull after building her into a fan favourite was a terrible idea

I found her annoying at first because she was supposed to be sort of an idiot who gets pushed around by everyone since they didn't want a new Nick Fury once he left but I grew to like her during the Iron Man series she was in.

She had some good character development, which was nice. Too many characters stay static.

Johnny is a pretty cool addition to the Marvel U. Too often the writers of various adaptations mistake exactly what kind of character he is though. They "dude-bro" the hell out of him and usually make him a total nimrod. Except that he's not. Yes, he is the youngest of the Fantastic Four, and yes, he's a gear head, and a lady chaser, and he has the arrogance of youth... but that doesn't translate into "hedonist, immature idiot" which is how he comes off on toons and in the two Tim Story FF films. Johnny is younger than the rest but that doesn't automatically make him stupid. Hell, next to Reed most everyone is going to look ignorant, but again, just cuz he's not as educated as Reed doesn't make him dumb. Just cuz he plays pranks still, doesn't mean that he can only operate as a childish, young adult. True, he doesn't have as much to choose from in his emotional tool box given his age so he can express himself awkwardly, but that's different than saying his driving personality trait is that he acts like a foolish teenage all the time. I also think that writers too often mistake "flippant" with "foolish". Johnny has a sense of responsibility and loyalty, and a never say quit attitude when it comes to super heroics. And the dude genuinely enjoys the life of being a public super hero. Who can blame him? I've always wished that Johnny and Spidey could hang out in their civilian ID's. That's an interesting pairing if only because they have similarities and differences to play off of as well.

Johnny knows Peter is Spider-Man again, so that should give room to that.
I love Johnny, he's my favorite of the , and the arrogant fool they made him in the movies and in the Worlds Greatest Heroes & Superhero Squad Show is not the Human Torch I read in older comics, someone good, reliable, with an ability to design and build a car taught to him by his brother in law.

Did I ever say how amusing it is that Torch's first girlfriend is Dorothy Evans and the guy who played him in the movie shares the same surname?
And when I read her lines I read them in the voice of Dorothy from the 1939 Wizard of Oz movie.

Always dug that dude and Like krypton said he is way more than he pretends to be ( i always like those kinda dudes like Beast!) he's a skirt chaser, prankster but then its the responsible dude who's got your back against mole man! which is why i can see him and Spidey hanging out! both of them are not what they appear to be! both are "birds of a feather" and it makes sense for them to have a great bromance!! the TORCH ROCKS!!... and you know THIS MAN!!
