Maria Hill -- I like her. She's grown on me over the years.

Johnny -- Favorite member of the Fantastic Four. Though, admittedly, I don't have a lot of experience with them.

I've read quite a bit of Deadpool and I've heard about the Deadpool Corps, but I've never read anything with them. When did they make their first appearance?

Don't like Deadpool, same applies to the corps
Hell YES!!!! I really will never, ever, ever understand the ALLURE of Deadpool and anything DEADPOOL related with comic guys! That dude SUCKS!! and I still believe that this is some parallel universe i am in, when that dude has shown up in a flick (i love his 1st movie appearance was awful!!) (YES! i am a HATER!! i make no bones about it!... thats what this thread is for!:cwink:) and that a full on Pool movie is in development when the FREAKIN BLACK PANTHER HASNT!! WHAT THE.... this is the work of the *POOL MAN!!

* not to be mistaking for that dude that uses chlorine and tests the water hehe.

Hahahahah thanks Spider! one must always make sure Jocularity ensues!
like when a baby crawls onto a construction site in cartoons:woot:

I like Deadpool

Never read anything with the Corps though...I don't like the concept though. Though I'm sure it's an interesting send up of the whole emotional corps thing DC's been doing.

Deadpool is great. I'm thrilled they finally greenlit a movie.

Never have liked Deadpool as I'm not into his humor.

Usually I don't like Johnny Storm. Such as today. He and Reed make up the half of the Four I dislike.

Deadpool. Ugh.

Deadpool-why is this guy popular again?

With comic readers? Cause of Joe Kelly's run, Cable Deadpool and Remenders Uncanny X-Force which are ****ing great books. Duggans run has been solid as welll. Outside of the comic readers Deadpol appeals and trends with the younger crowds just for being the troll of the Marvel Universe in video games and cartoons.

His popularity really didn't kick into over drive till the X-Men Origins fiasco. That was when Marvel realized the characters popularity and kept dishing out books, they went way overboard. Deadpool Corps sucked, really just ran it into the ground with that one. I believe the Corps are all dead and will stay that way.

I like the Christopher Priest/Jim Owsley run.

Yeah, Vol 1 is solid overall. I like Gail Simones last few issues and Agent X as well. Would like to see Outlaw get some more attention in the Deadpool books.

Deadpool is like most characters......great in moderation. Marvel fails to realize that though....they all bout them dolla bills.

To me 'Pool comes off as a try hard. It's off putting to me. His shtick worked better when She-Hulk was doing it.

Like any character it depends on the writer. And Deadpool (along with his humor) can be one of the toughest to balance and easiest to overstay it's welcome on juvenile humor. Your pretty much guaranteed hit and miss jokes. But when they hit, they are hilarious.

If you get to the dramatics of Deadpool, what he's been through and why he acts the way he does there's actually some really good and tragic stuff there.

I love it when Marvel wikia are nice enough to provide the name of a character in an artistic way.

I only really know him from the movie. My understanding is he a much more diverse character in the comics.

Apparently I have seen him in the Silver Surfer cartoon, but I really don't remember much about him there.
