In all seriousness, not a particularly great character, and if there ever was a time he was at least in step with the style and fashion of comics in general, well that time has past. Last thing of note I remember him doing was getting Banner's personalities together in the 90's.

Spider-Man dresses as DareDevil in court, and Matt is the attorney of the client that issued the law suit against DareDevil.
DD discovers Ringmaster's involvement by the end of that arc.

yeah he's alright! not every villain has to be into world domination.. maybe he just like giving snotty nose punk kids indigestion from eating that nasty carny food!! like The great jackal headed death- god mentioned dude has a Evil circus with evil bearded ladies and evil cotton candy!! that's kinda cool!
plus i dug when he brainwashed She-hulk and painted her normal so nobody recognized her !! dude was going to keep her as his own personal "trapeze artist"! that's EVIL!!! yet somehow strangely cool!
