I've never seen it as far as I know. I watched some of the USM with my nephews though.
Give it a watch.
My one gripe with it is Peter being a jerk with Liz in season 2, and that is a long lasting subplot, worse than how he was during the classic Ditko run.

never saw Spectular spiderman! that ^&*()ing theme song was so awful to me and the look of the animation that i saw one and pulled out!(... okay! okay so sometimes i am can be vapid and shallow so sue me!:cwink:) i heard it was good though so maybe one day i will check em out!!

CORSAIR

Mannnn! he's a SPACE PIRATE with a skunk cat/ lady as a girlfriend with a cutlass and a Laser gun!! THAT DUDE IS COOL!! he's the guy you call when you need your buckles swashed!!
dude is COOL!

i just dont like that stupid "Starjammers" name' sounds like a porno but that this big shi'ar empire have slaves and all that.. who revolted and lead a rebel band against them is always cool to me! spoons!

Corsair has a great mustache and fathered the Summers Bros, so I guess he's alright.

Who doesn't love one of the least convoluted parts of the Summers family? He got kidnapped by aliens and formed a space pirate crew when his wife died and he thought his kids were dead. He's been bouncing along space Captain Kirking his was though life until he met his kids and basically said "Too bad, I'm a space pirate." and left them back on Earth until randomly meeting up with them every few years. Later on one of his other kids killed him but I think he came back for no good reason like many other people Scott Summers knows. I'm starting to think that Scotts secondary mutation was to bring people back to life.

Also, as has been said he has an awesome mustache.

Very much enjoyed the Spectacular Spider-Man show, the writing really sold it for me.

Corsair is cool. I mean he's a space pirate, c'mon. Plus, that mustache. I wish they'd use the X-men's human allies more often, they just all got killed or disappeared.

If you wanna be a notable crime boss in the Spidey books, you have to be the best. The Big Man was not.

The forgettable 'Big Man' was replaced by an unforgettable Big Man that we all like. Beyond getting his head crushed in USM and getting arrested in ASM, I don't think anyone really cared much about him. I didn't even know he died in the regular MU until I googled him. :p

Scarface and the Ventriloquist pulled it off quite well over on Batman.

Foswell was just an attempt at a gay character who wasn't ah, undeniably gay. That might have offended somebody. :whatever:

I think I remember his death in the 616. Didn't he sacrifice himself to save Spidey and JJJ?

Yeah.
He saved JJJ from a bullet aimed at him.

Love Alf. I used to watch him while his show was on NBC & whenever there are reruns of it, I often tune in. I love his deadpan humor & the ridiculous situations he'd often get into, & by the way, HIDE your cats!!! :cwink:
