Sooo... that Creeper, huh?

Not a fan, to be honest. I like the weird though.

I don't believe I ever read anything with him in it......ever.

Dammit Corp! Now I have to go to sleep with that image in my brain.

I like the Creeper, but his best role seems to be that of a glorified guest star in various books. Every comic I've read where he's been given the chance to be the real star either rubbed me the wrong way, or felt like a big letdown, like his miniseries a couple years ago that updated his origin. It wasn't outright horrible, but it wasn't particularly good either. Just kind of forgettable, and the Creeper himself didn't make much of an impression, which is sad considering he was the main character.

T Like, he'd generally help people, but he'd do it in dickish ways.
i think when you save stupid people you should call them stupid while doing it! Kind like dumb ass dont you know you shouldn't pick up a dude in a hockey mask hitchhiking!!:cwink:

OHHHHHHHH Yeah baby! Thats my man! (propers goes to his highness of the undead! Anubis) The Freaking Creeper ROCKS! if there's one dude who i would want to be(in the DCU anyways) its the Creep!i will buy a comic with him in it no matter what!probably cause he's one of the few dudes that Batman's scared of! ( Bats hates guys who are unpredictable!)He has that dark twisted offbeat humor( hmmm so that's where i get it from) that joker has but with a good guy twist! ! like you don't know if hes going to rescue you or film you as you drown! i love that!Serious guys hate that (&^%,but the creeper knows underneath what he doing! Love the design, love that not many people know or care about him( kinda like a certain mutant was before he was able to beat Lobo), he's like a cool underground indie band! love that garish outfit! like he picked it off a *dead hooker somewhere, hahahahaha the creepers my boy, and he rocks!

*disclaimer -BV gets his clothes from off the rack from Nordstrom's and not off those... even though this is Vegas and you probably could!

Well, that's it for the Creep.

"bros before panty hoes."

Neither of them are in my top 5.

Also Spider-Man's dead to me. :o

I was primarily referring to the pre-Brand New Day Spider-Man, back when I cared about Spider-Man in the 616 comics.

I like Batman but he is getting way over exposed and I hate it when they make him so great he can take down anything and anyone (Darkseid, Superman, WW, etc..).

I love Batman. Everyone loves Batman, and anyone who says different is lying. There's a reason why practically everything Batman-related is successful.

I like a very specific type of Batman, but that Batman is not the Batman many other people enjoy, therefore, I mostly dislike Batman.

That and the one from the Brave and the Bold cartoon.

Batman's been around for 70+ years. All forms of the Bat is acceptable and if anybody tells you different, well you just kick em in the crotch and tell em I told you you could.

Why yes, we'll tell them that some person whose name is unknown to us told us we could.

Hey, I didn't say you wouldn't be arrested for assault because you dropped my name. :o

For me when it's his solo stories anyways I love him as a street level character, but I have no interest when they have him thrown into stories with magic and such. Gimme enemies like Bane and Two Face any day. Story arcs like the recent one with the Demon, meh.

I also can't watch depictions of him done in a cheesy or silly, it's just too contrary to the whole point of the character.

Like anyone, I have my preferred incarnation of Batman, but I can appreciate almost all versions of the character. I love him in The Brave and the Bold, I like him in the movies (as murderous as he might be), I like Adam West's version, I like him in BTAS, and I adore the more mainstream Batman in the comic book DCU.

I think I love Batman most of all in the context of the Justice League, or just palling around with Superman. The way that Batman plays off the rest of Earth's superhero community is almost always fantastic. Sure, he can solve more realistic murder mysteries if he wants to, but every so often the Justice League is going to want his input on a case, or he'll need to follow Two-Face's trail into Gorilla City where he'll have to deal with genius psychic apes. The character can play on so many different levels at any given time without necessarily having one contradict the other.
