The last thing I read with the Gladiator in it was Brubakers DD run. I don't know much about the Matador though. He seems like a guy that needs to be introduced to the Scourge's machine gun...

Gladiator is pretty awesome, and I loved Miller's handling of him.

The Matador is okay, but he was created by Wally Wood so just for that he gets points.

Never heard of the Matador.

He appears twice in Lee's run, once is issue 3, another in the Giant Sized special

I don't know much about either.

Gladiator has an appearance in early issues of Iron Man by Archie Goodwin

Gladiator is awesome! I love his costume with his whirling blades. He's one of the first DD villains I came across, if not the first. I remember him teaming up with Deathstalker (in the classic issue which also featured Man Thing) and also teaming up with the Beetle.

He also appeared in Iron Man, but I think of him more as a DD enemy.

Yeah, Gladiator is pretty cool. Crazy mofo running around with saw blades on his hands thinking he's a Gladiator in ancient Rome. Guy sounds like a Batman villain.

Matador? I think I only read one story with him in it. I think Brubaker had him show up. I don't remember a damn thing about that story. Guess he didn't leave much of an impression.

I've not heard much of El Matador, other than he was or is a Daredevil villian from the 60's & 70's. Don't know if he's still around.

Ah, Spymaster is a great Iron Man villain. I liked when he was employed by Madame Masque, and he would be a good fit for an Iron Man movie.

Sadly he met a blood curdling death at the hands of the Ghost, when he was partially phased (using the Ghost's technology) through a solid wall.

Hypno Hustler is more of an amusement.

I think Hypno Hustler could be a truly frightening villain if somebody took the time with him.

Spymaster is also a pretty good villain. Sonofab***h killed Happy!

Harold "Happy" Hogan​

Franklin "Foggy" Nelson​

Happy is one of the worst nicknames I've heard for someone. I just can't imagine seeing this guy out at the store and calling his name, "Hey Happy! Wsup Happy!"

Foggy is an okay guy. He's basically the best friend that get dragged through the mud because of his friendship with Matt, but he at least gets more exposure as a lawyer due to that connection. It gives him more of a chance to show off his skills. I imagine that people assume that Foggy is the dumb sidekick that can only follows Murdock's lead, but when they get to court they see just how valuable he is to that team.

They both managed to Marry up, and that's just cool.

Happy's fine, but Foggy is one of my favorite supporting characters in all of Marvel. While Daredevil's completely cool and awesome by himself, there would definitely be something lost if you completely took Foggy away.
