There'll be some limits on him of course in what he's allowed to show at any given time, like the characters in costume, but hopefully he can continue to give sneak peeks on a regular basis.

Pre production is nearing it's end.

Commence wild speculation on what that board with the squares cut out of it could be.:o

lol I looked at the thing all the way to the left by the guy for way too long trying to figure out what it was.

Looks like it belongs in a factory...

Ace chemical confirmed

Red hood flashback confirmed

Batfleck cameo confirmed

:o

It looks like Ayer is going to steadily share pics throughout the process. Very cool. :yay:
He favorited somebody's tweet about him posting a pic every day during production. I hope he does. Edgar Wright did that for Scott Pilgrim and it was a lot of fun.

GIMME SOME MOTHER#%&$ING OFFICIAL CASTING, WB, YOU MOTHER#%&$#@#@$%!!!!!

:csad:

The second wave of casting might be just as crazy as the first wave.

Second wave better hit soon.

Edgerton, Man Jello, Ed Harris and Sinise.

Edgerton as Flagg
Harris as Flagg Sr.
Clarke as Deathstroke
Sinise as whichever character they're aiming for
Viola made official

Make it happen, WB.

For those who thought The Revenant running over schedule was just a cover story for Tom Hardy's exit from Suicide Squad:

Inarritu brought a degree of difficulty to Birdman by staging his first comedy so it seems like one continuous shot, but he’s found a more extreme high wire act to test himself and his cast on The Revenant, which explains why it is a nine month shoot. “We don’t finish until the end of April or May, and we are shooting very small hours,” he said. “It was planned this way, to be little by little jewel moments, that’s the way I designed the production. That was both to create intensity in this moments, as well as the climate conditions. We are shooting in such remote far away locations that, by the time we arrive and have to return, we have already spent 40% of the day. But those locations are so gorgeous and so powerful, they look like they have never been touched by a human being, and that’s what I needed. The light is very reduced here in winter, and we are not shooting with any electrical lighting, just natural light. And every single scene is so difficult, emotionally, technically. I’ve gotten myself in trouble again but I’m trying my best,” said Inarritu, once again channeling his inner Birdman.

Hmmm....Bleeding Cool stating the script says no costumes in the movie only codenames. Anyone hear this or debunk it. Sorry if this is old news. Man I hope this is not true. Would be such a waste.

First time I've heard about this man.

But the script was re worked by David Ayer so that could've been the old script.

Other than Harley, none of them really need "costumes" IMO

Specific accessories/bits of clothing? yes
Costumes? no

I'm inclined to agree. Deadshot needs the mask and a splash of red here and there; Waller has never worn one; Boomerang has never (to my knowledge) had a costume so much as a consistent, specific look; Enchantress might look a bit silly going out into the field in an emerald dress; Flagg can be dressed in typical, tactical gear; and there's no way Joker or Harley aren't going to be dressed in anything reminiscent of their traditional outfits.
