They couldve also just done a costume test as far as the fitting goes and worry about facial prosthetics and stuff at a later date.

EDIT: Actually, I wouldnt be surprised if he still has a little bit of bulking left to do for the role; but what if he did a costume check for the facial makeup tomorrow? It would be a neat throwback to the first pic of Ledgers Joker and it would be a simple tease that would keep the hype up.

Leto's been promoting a 30STM documentary thing on his Twitter feed, but the footage is over a certain period and included old footage, so it may have confused people.

I don't think he's had a makeover yet.

I have and always will maintain it's a crap reveal. Fortunately the actual product looked tons better, but regardless of that I was never a fan of how the new look was presented and shot here.

Let's hope Leto's eventual reveal is more akin to Ledger's Empire debut.
