From what I've read it seems like the script is the problem? I found that to be the case with BvS too. DC and WB need to find themselves some better writers ASAP, or they need to get directors that can elevate sub-standard material.
I beg to differ.
And this is why opening weekends can become inflated and we see massive drop offs.
This is not a unknown unknown. The only reason to doubt a critics intention is bizarre conspiracy theories. Occam's Razor. How do you know they dont?
One of the reviews mentions there not being enough time for all the characters. For what its worth, it seems like the actual characters and actors themselves are pretty good....right? Its mainly the story thats the issue?
We'll see. As far as I'm concerned another mixed or flat out negative response can't happen. The DC brand can't afford another hit.

Is the length of the film already out in the wild?
Which is of course fine. But the idea that a well reviewed movie shouldn't garn attention is rather strange.Dude I hardly care about reviews I don't even care what people say in them. These reviews aren't going to make me not see the movie or get my hopes down that's the way I am on pretty much any movie I see. If it looks good and I want to see it I go see it and don't let reviews sway me.

Or, critics have no idea what the hell they're talking about.
Just like they didn't know what they were talking about with MOS or BVS.

That would mean none of us know what we are talking about, because well we are all human beings. Except of course most critics see a lot more film.Or, critics have no idea what the hell they're talking about.
