I don't have time right now to read it, but I've heard she's a former employee that got kicked out. I'd take her words with a grain of salt. However, I wouldn't be surprised if Wonder Woman ends up being a mess given what we've seen from the DCEU so far. I mean, I like the Wonder Woman trailer, but so did I with Suicide Squad.

Warner Bros. should look at what works with DC's great animated films and shows and try to translate it to the big screen. Those films are far better even with their shorter runtime. Step one should be to fire Snyder.

Yeah no. People tend to like good things. That's why we typically have standards. Well I hope most of us do. It's like food. If it's good people will eat it. If not, well then.

Why would we hate films that are good? If I see a good film I'm not thinking "Oh shoot, I really wanted it to be bad! Let's go hate it!". That's stupid. I'm a comic book fan, I love Batman and Superman. Why should I be forgiving just because it's DC? It's really the opposite, I among with other disappointed fans know the potential and it's frustrating to watch DCEU not reach that and instead go with style over substance. I don't care about Aquaman, but if his film ends up being really good I'll obviously enjoy it and look him up more. This "bias" thing is ********.

I enjoyed the movie.

The actors/characters were very good and I like how they kept them as deranged bad guys but with remnants of humanity (Diablo grief, Boomerang getting upset by his story). The final fight was nicely put together with everyone fighting at once rather just standing around waiting for their turn.

The plot itself wasn't great - no explanation for the doomsday weapon, everything was at night, and the mission itself was the over used Aliens clone (soldiers getting from A to B through dark streets/corridors with regular creature attacks). Also, it was a "save the world" mission and I think it would have been more interesting if Waller had sent on something a little dirtier and very morally questionable. Also it was a massive event that took several days - where was Batman, Wonder Woman and the Flash?

All in all, I liked it but it could have been better - an uninteresting story saved by the actors and a great fight sequence.

In the mid-credit scene, Wayne tells Waller to shut down Task Force X or his friends will. Who exactly does he mean?

It would seem to imply that he recruited some Justice Leagers but if that is so then where were they during the attack on Midway City? Plus, he told Waller he wanted the files because he likes "making friends"? Does he need the files to find The Flash and Aquaman or has he already tracked them down and is trying to show them that they can trust each other by ensuring their identities are protected?

And is the first file about Enchantress? It looked like her but it went too quick for me to be sure.

Hit the nail on the head.

I didn't like the voice they used when she got her clean look.

That wasnt too bad.

All it takes was a simple edit/cut of her dancing and that probably stops most of the backlash directed towards her in that form.

Still wouldn't have made her a great villain, but you don't lose the audience either. The first time I watched it that scene/s almost took me out of the movie.

I didn't like her as the villain but the dancing didn't impact me at all. Positively or negatively.

Suicide Squad director reveals story behind Boomerang's Pink Plush Unicorn.

http://comicbook.com/dc/2016/08/11/suicide-squad-director-reveals-story-behind-boomerangs-pink-plus/

In his interview, Ayer told the magazine the unicorn plushie was originally a set decoration piece in the John F. Ostrander Federal Building. “[Pinky] was actually intended to be a piece of set decoration in one of our office building sets,” he said.

“I thought [Boomerang] needed a little something kind of fun and silly and it kept appearing throughout the film. It became a bit of a mascot,” Ayer then explained, telling fans the unicorn was meant to represent all things George “Digger” Harkness. The villain was particularly fond of the stuffed animal, enough so for him to even take Pinky into battle and beyond.

And, what’s more, Ayer went on to confirm one of his fans’ biggest suspicions about Captain Boomerang: The guy is a total Brony.

“Yes, [he’s a] Brony,” the director confessed. “Which is fine. I think it’s a good thing and gives him a little hobby besides robbing banks.”

I am sorry but if people are capable of liking "bad" movies then people are also capable of hating "good" movies because there is that blindness or the taste factor. Let's not for one second assume we are all unbiased. Like you say, People "tend" to, but not always. You think everyone likes The Dark Knight? I am sure some hate that movie for a variety of reasons.

:hehe::up:

As far as I can see, there is plenty of substance. When I point out the things I like, I point to the substance. I always tend to like the "heart" and emotion in DCEU films. The style is just icing on the top.

Warner Bros. had nothing to do with The Revenant.

I have no idea if the letter is legit. But I will say this. A very good point is made. if these movies don't do well and they don't meet financial expectations, it's the work force that gets punished and phased out. It's the 9 to 5'ers who lose their jobs, not the people up top who didn't make a good movie that hits all the right notes.

Devastating article.

Agreed on all this. So truthful.

It also believable that Wonder woman be messy because they do that for all Dceu movies so far. Messy movies.

Well, Snyder is involved. And they clearly don't have a good vision for this DCEU. So yeah, there's a huge chance that WW is a mess.

Wow...

The haters are coming. The haters are coming.

This article is clearly made up. But the haters come out in droves saying it's true despite 10 more months of post production on Wonder Woman.

I also love how people are immediately assured that Wonder Woman is gonna be a mess despite it still being in production. Guess the shake-up after BvS's reception obviously means nothing to any of you if you're gonna judge a movie without seeing it.

And before someone brings it up, yes, DCCU is not in a good place right now and have made three divisive movies, which is a good cause for concern in regards to how Wonder Woman will turn out to be. But I'm not gonna immediately assume the film is gonna be dead on arrival when we're still several months away from seeing it. I'm a little bit more hopeful since Geoff Johns is involved.

Plus, not dismissing the legitimacy of this article as of yet, but this ex-employee chose a really "good" timing to drop this on everyone.

Lol at the Snyder hate, i'm guessing Ben's Batman movie will suck because Zack is an EP.

*Zack is reported to have shot a 10 second scene for the Flash movie*

"The movie already sucks because Zack is involved"

*Zack takes a picture with Lebron James*

"That's it, the Cavs aren't making the playoffs this year because of Zack"
