I think so too, though obviously there're people enjoying those movies so good for them.



I think only the Batman movie, JL Dark, MoS 2 and the Harley Quinn spin-off (the movies that WB announced after they re-evaluated their plan) are sure thing atm (I don't count Booster Gold since it seems to be its own thing). JL2 and WW2 are on back-burner, and I won't be surprise if they cancel everything else in the future (even Shazam).

And don't they plan to release 3 movies per year starting 2018 already?

I think Shazam, Booster Gold (where it's said his movie is NOT connected to the DCEU) and Cyborg are going to be the two films that will be pushed back in favor of others when it's all said and done. As of right now, it seems like Man of Steel 2 and Suicide Squad 2 may be the ones to fast track the fastest in these next 2-3 years with slight adjustments from the others that should fall around them two.

Yes Superman is a bigger property than either of those two so it makes sense to play it safe in the short term. As for Suicide Squad it's been a huge hit for WBs so they are for sure going to want to build on that success and do more. Again SS as an property right now is better for the short term rather than taking a risk on a Shazam or Booster Gold (which in fairness I doubt will even happen).

Have they got a director for Shazam at all? I think JLD will happen soon due to the animation movie and D.Liman attached to it already. WW2 should happen if it's well received, or it becomes the first ever DCEU fresh movie t:

Personally I'd like to see a swap between Harley and Bat, Bat's always gonna be a winner, Harley's too hot to put in the cotton wool for 3 years.

i dont think they are even writing the script yet for Harley so no reason to rush it. Ben and Johns have been working on Batman for awhile now

The box office thread is still locked over a week later. That is very excessive for a few posts that weren't even that insulting. Just people posting incorrect predictions of the box office that were posted earlier in the thread basically calling out naysayers. I could see a few days ban but over a week? I still stand by my opinion that all this makes more sense if you conclude there is a level of bias that went into the decision to lock the thread. Basically, someone doesn't want us to discuss the film now that it is actually becoming a huge success.

Ive had a thought on the figurines of the Joker in a crazy painted Batman costume. We know originally he showed up in (or maybe after) the final battle with Enchantress. Remember the scene where they're all seeing there perfect lives? What if that was the Joker's version. Just a thought of course, I imagine if he hit his perfect life it would be sonething pretty ****ed up like that.

Sorry Ive only just seen this, well JL 2 is set for 2019 so I think Harley might be 2020.

With rumours of them fast tracking MOS2 and Affleck apparently taking his time on Batman it's possible we might see Superman before. Although that's probably more wishful thinking on my part haha.
