I think cause the original dinner scene was where the movie started off with the June Moon in the cave and the flashbacks like that rather than through the quick Waller briefing of each character in the final cut.

The "They're bad guys" line isn't in the final movie. Also that grey haired general is sitting to her left in the final movie, whereas in the debut trailer and this one he is to her right.

If they put the original shot scene in the trailer and then not in the movie I'ma be pissed. It'll once again be false advertising.
Anywhoo I'm so glad we are getting more of Harleen and Joker from both scenes. The torture scene was awful in the theatrical cut, it's such a huge moment for both characters and they brush by it with two lines from each character. Utter bollocks. I reeeeeeeeeeeeeeally hope they add like 30 seconds to the Batman Joker/Harley scene, that was another scene that was cut to hell.

The original dinner scene would fit. The torture scene went by so fast because it was part of Waller's little story. If that scene is longer in this cut, it may have a completely different context.

I hope the club scene is extended as well. Hell, I hope they got rid of that stupid purple filter in all scenes.

I love how we saw the "Hot Stuff" scene in previous trailers but now they have to use it again to show us it's actually in the movie this time. *******s.

i won't be decieved by promising trailers again regarding this movie.

I do wonder how much different the movie would feel if this style of music was not used.

I would like to see a more correctly musically themed version of the trailer(s) with the BvS style music. Hans Zimmer style.

It was fun for one trailer, but i was really quickly annoyed with the supposedly 'hipster' style music adding of famous tracks like Queen's.

Extended cut to me doesn't equal 'Alternate cut' or 'Directors Cut'.
So extended cut to me only looks like 'longer version of this cr*p'

the 'i started a joke' trailer felt much more rightly fitting with the idea of the movie.
the hipster music [ dont get me wrong, they are great songs ] just trash the movie in trying to be guardians of the galaxy instead of dark grim and hard.

for example, though i must say this fanmade edit is really well done and isnt bad at all, it sets a different tone to the movie. the dark and grim tone of the nolan trilogy worked fantastic for the movies.

in batman v superman, that same grim and dark essence was 'searched' for the Batman parts of the movie, and does it more or less rightly so.

suicide squad is a totally different tone of movie in the same universe. i just dont feel it.

I'm so mUgh more excited for this now after that trailer. Full bar scene. Original dinner scene. Original ending (?) extended torture scene. Motorcycle scene. Also hoping that they replaced most of the soundtrack songs w the score. Also hoping this has the June Moon opening

Different restaurant too. Original version is the same one in the Post credit scene if I'm not mistaken. And there are other people in the restaurant in the background. I'd like to think they learned from the false as srtising on the TC not to pull that again for Blu Ray release. Also, everything that was in the BVS UC trailer made it into the UC as well.

Replacing the songs with Price's score would be a good start to make it slightly better. Especially during the chemical wedding.
