If Netflix UK got it...would they put up a new episode every week? Like I don't get how that would work.

Does Netflix do that?
This is quite a premature question; if the show was to ever introduce Clark/Superman, who would be s good choice to play him on TV?
Superman has already been seen ultra-briefly in the pilot, played by Kevin Caliber. We've been promised that in early episodes there will be an explanation as to why he won't be getting major screen-time in the series proper. Any speculation as to what might keep the Man of Steel away?
R5
Although Superman won't be on screen, he plays a big part in CBS' #Supergirl #TCA15 http://bit.ly/1Nlq0gv
#Supergirl has more to deal with than Clark Kent did with adjusting to earth. -
Lots of DC characters will be intro'd in first 9 #Supergirl episodes. @AJKreisberg teases Red Tornado, General Lane & Non. #TCA15
Red Tornado? Wasn't expecting that.
Only possible way for Babs to show up is if Titans doesn't happen
Here's a report from TV Wise on where Supergirl might air in the UK:
If they have a recurring Brainiac 5 and Streaky pawing about her apartment it will feel like a Supergirl show.
My main concern is that this will be along the lines of what non-comic readers assume Supergirl is about. Why is Jimmy Olsen around for example? Because Snyder didn't want him? If they start dating that will be awful, younger Super-cast don't just hook up because they happen to be in the same comic. That is what non-comic readers think. I'm also on edge after the tidbit about Reactron taking vengeance on Supergirl because of Superman. Reactron is a Supergirl villain, he's not about Superman. Doom Patrol have more of a connection to Reactron than Superman. In a show where they have piled in so many Superman cast offs so far, why make an actual honest to god Supergirl rogue about Superman?
Why would she be in Titans? Surely they'd do Dick-Starfire?
I'd prefer Sky to get it, they back shows with a huge amount of press. I don't think Arrow would have the press it does without the Sky machine behind it. But then again, Channel 4 is free to air and gets a lot more viewers. However their scheduling is awful for US material. Fans will have already seen it online if they are not careful. I don't see why Sky can only go after 1 show or another. They have deep pockets. And if they got Supergirl and Legends to add to the Superhero line up it would be something. I guess they are tied with Legends now though, considering they have Arrow and Flash.
