What did he say?
You're kidding me right?
What did he say?
i never heard anything about him joking about TDK. More like bashing it. I dont know about his tone, but when reading it, i thought that he was kinda serious. Did he say anything else than that? You're kidding me right?

I cant tell how serious he was. Even if he didnt like TDK, the guy's too awesome for me to care about such trivialities. No, but I'm sure he wasn't serious about it.
I seriously doubt this.
Superman is a character that worked as a 1950's comic book and on a saturday morning cartoon, but not in today's world of complex, real-life heroes.
The appeal in heroes like Batman and Spider-Man is that they are real people. If Batman or Spider-Man were to say, get stabbed or shot or something, they could die.
Superman on the other hand, is 'the man of steel' he's basically invincible, making all of the fight he gets into not intense in any way.
Next, nobody can really relate to Superman. He's AN ALIEN FROM ANOTHER PLANET.
And then there is Superman's hilarious way of keeping his identity safe. HE WEARS A PAIR OF GLASSES.
Also, Superman's rouge gallery isn't all that impressive. A blad rich guy, and some brainac and Bizarro.
I wont deny that Superman is one of, if not THE most famous comic-book character, but he isnt as compelling a character, nor does he have a lot of depth, like say, characters like The Punisher, (his family was killed, he's a broken man haunted by their memories) Wolverine, (doesn't know his past and lives in a world that hates and fears him) Batman (is alone and lost his parents and the love of his life) or Spider-Man (burdened with responsibility, keeping him from having a normal life and being with the woman he loves) have.
Umm... because... Superman... doesn't... exist... in Nolan's... Batman?

Not yet he isn't, when the reboot comes out I'm 100% sure WB will want it in the same universe.
