You guys shoulda been around for Batman Begins, it was just like nine of us praying to God we would actually get a good Batman film. At least here it was a given everything would be good, we had to deal with rumors like Clock King and Ashton Kutcher.

Hahaha I remember that stuff.
I only lurked back then, I remember exactly when I started to get really excited for it. Some set photos came out of Gordon and Batman meeting on the roof and I thought it looked like it was straight out of the comics. From then on, I was highly anticipating it.

I remember seeing that on the today show and, knowing it was a fake, having to do a double-turn to see if I really saw it on TV. I laughed about that for days.

I remember the first Joker pic. I know everyone has said it, but the first official one I missed the viral for, and had to search online for it. But man, it was so cool, but so weird. I remember everyone debating whther it was really him, or one of his victims just to shot how crazy he would be.

Ah, I may come back and reflect more, but know may be the time I depart from the forum. the movie is days away, and I have spoiled myself far too much. I may be back tomorrow, I may not till Friday. LOl I remember those days as well. I usually would just lurk to see what new info was around. And I remember seeing people had taken the time to outline what they thought was the Green Goblin Mask, and Venom in the lens of Spidey's eye in the very first official pic for the movie.

If I remember correctly Kutcher was also up for the role of Superman as well at the same time. It seemed as if he was destined to play a superhero, thankfully it never came true.

One of my favorite moments I forgot, besides seeing the trailer with I Am Legend (That was a great moment). While seeing the trailer the second time, when the first face shot of Joker popped up, "Evening...Commissioner", A girl yelled "EEWW AHH" in disgust and fright, it was awesome.

Racing out of the movie without sticking around for the movie to call me brother to tell him how awesome it was. He wrote down what I was telling him and posted it on these boards. It took me a while to get home to write out the description to the best of my recollection.

I wrote out my description and then the onslaught began, alot of folks were dumping on me, saying they didn't believe me. I can understand now, as I only had like 18 posts at the time, I probably woudn't have believed me either. I had to defend myslef for the next few days until other descriptions came out and a bootleg of it came online. That's probably my favorite memory because I was involved directly.

Wow, yea I remember that clearly, haha.. I didnt dump on you though.. it was really fun to read about and got me just as excited..

man I hunted down that trailer in I Am Legend, the first showing i went to showed the exploding bat teaser so i had to go to another showing and when i finally saw the trailer, i went into convulsions hahaha.

I remember the morning when the first trailer was finally leaked on to youtube. I'd been on here discussing whether or not it would be the night before so I guess it happened at about 4 or 5. Anyways, I got up for school that day and checked to see if anybody had uploaded it and there it was...

...words still can't describe how I felt when I first saw The Joker yell "hit me!" in the streets. I knew, specifically with that moment, that we weren't getting anything generic with this interpretation of The Joker. To tie everything up though, I never could've imagined the roads this film has paved. It's truly a beautiful piece of art...and I haven't even seen it.

Even though I didnt post more like lurked the boards since the begining of production for the movie I have had some fun memories. Some of the memories include the arguements over Heath being the joker all the jokes , face paint issue etc some of it was kind of funny. I remember drooling over the teaser trailers and the prolouge and the sad passing of heath. Also reading about the casting of Harvey dent, and the new rachel its been a fun ride guys. You guys are some of the coolest batman fans I have meet. Wish I could say the same for some other superherohype users (some of them are ignorant and racist remember when it was announced that the black panther series was going to BET, I mean wow all the racist comments where just to much I left for a while). Anyway back on topic this has been a fun ride thanks for the memories. Lets continue to do this for the dvd release and if there is a third film!t:

Yeah I remember the uproar with that picture. This Joker is too dark and eats babies. He looks like a sad panda with smeared lipstick on...and the permawhite discussions. Insanity like the Joker.

Gawd, I've loved following this movie's development piece by piece. I'm gonna miss the viral marketing the most I think...
