Teacher loses it with student!

Doesn't mean he needs to get beaten by his teacher. I feel the bully thread coming back...

But while the kid does deserved to be punished he doesn't deserve that from his teacher.
With a vengeance!

I agree, the teacher crossed the line, but the kid still deserved a ass kicking!

edit: I added Katie's sentiment.

And when the **** is the kid supposed to learn that what he did was very wrong when the parents suck ass? At a parent teacher conference where they give him some token "don't do that" when they hear about it?

All I'm saying is that it wasn't the teacher's place to attack him like that. Someone needs to put his parents in some parenting class or something.

I was homeschooled, I'm not that socially inept... I don't think :D

But yeah, I wouldn't homeschool your kids just based on one school. (I liked being homeschooled, but I can't say which I like better, never went in a school, except when I took my ACT.)

Apparently the students had been testing. A fight broke out in the hall, this teacher went out in the hall to stop the fight. When she came back to the classroom, the students had locked the door, and they were taunting a mentally disabled girl in the classroom. When she got into the room, she went after the 13 year old...

Not saying what she did was right, but damn....this school has some problems. BIG TIME...

Also, it took the mom 10 days to call the police? WTF?

This teacher has been fired, and should have been. She should also never teach again...

Another strange thing....there was a video camera in this classroom, and it videoed the entire incident. When the mom went to see the video at the school, it had been erased. The school says that it is their policy to erase videos at the end of the month. I have a feeling this school will be closed soon.

One question. Why was the mentally disabled kid in the class with them? Do they still have special ed? I haven't been in school for a while and I thought that was part of the way school was supposed to be.

My sentiments exactly. I bet that little **** has never gotten disciplined in his life.

I wouldn't be surprised but at the same time some kids are just...well, bullies. I think it's so messed up that it was towards someone who was mentally disabled.

I still can't believe how ass backwards our society is, much like a lot of criminals in our corrupt/dishonorable court system that get off because their sleazly lawyer pulls some ******** out of his ass or they just get a slap on the wrist. Similar to that, bullies have always gotten a smack on the wrist while the kids that are constantly bullied pretty much lose a **** ton of confidence and self esteem, and most of the time it's because they're not cool or popular or just a little weird personality wise. Personally I never got physically picked on growing up but I had a lot of **** talked to me due to ignorant stereotypes. Since I was shy, introverted and skinny I was called a f** quite a bit since grade school. I was surprised many kids at that age even knew what that was in the late '80s/early '90s.

I remember in third grade around Halloween this one *****e who was known as being "the *******/bully" was picking on some girl from Haiti and shoved her down ripping her Tin Man costume. Of course the ***** had his friends around him, otherwise, although i'm skinny(especially back then)I would have punched his face in. I felt so sorry for the girl and my blood was boiling. She was essentially getting made fun of from being Haitian as well as the fact that she had a slight speech impediment that made her talk a bit funny. I think it might have been due to a possible hearing problem because one of my younger sisters was stubborn and wouldn't wear her hearing aides enough so she pronounces words funny now.

Our society needs to be harsher on bullies, I don't believe in the government telling and taking over how parents should raise or treat their kids but some of these parents need to learn to discipline better. They are either spoiling their kids too much, not watching them enough and raising them right or in some cases I know of personally, their Dads were *******s growing up and that attitude pretty much gets taught to their sons.

I can't wait for this to pop up on America's Funniest Videos accompanied with a laughtrack and actually winning the prize money.

That was unprofessional for sure. But selfishly, deep down, I felt great when the teacher beat up that brat. As a veteran of many deserved beat downs by my folks, I have to say I am not shocked at all.

With the way kids are these days I'm surprised this didn't happen sooner or similar things haven't been done by other teachers.

Stupid double post.:cmad:

I remember corporal punishment was still legal until I was in like the 4th grade. I used to hate that giant paddle.

That's the first thing I thought. The report was probably being exaggerated. He probably has slight aspergers or something mild.

Personally, I thought the video was funny. I like how she was getting ready to shoot at the kid like she was in the UFC.

My sister teaches, and she says some kids just don't care. You can threaten them with detention, calling their parents, whatever, they have no real reason not to act up.

I remember when I was in ninth grade, this little mouthy kid was acting up in class. The teacher told him to leave and he refused. The teacher was a pretty big guy, so he picked this kid up by his shirt and carried him out of class, like picking a cat up by the scruff of the neck. I was like :wow: and :lmao:

the kid was taunting another child who was disabled. Kid deserved an ass beating regardless who it was from

some of your opinions are really  REALLY?!?!

Basically it boils down to the fact that the teacher should've paid some other kids to beat this kid's ass instead of doing it herself.

The amount of physical/sexual abuse that students experience from adult authority figures is absolutely appauling. All of it really disgusts me. Every single teacher should have extensive psychological testing done before they are allowed to even walk into a classroom, imo.

I was just thinking about this the other day after watching Daredevil, in the begining when the bully is picking on Matt the 2nd time after he's blind, it's like, ***** like that happens all the time in real life, what's really going through a kids head when he's picking on a disabled kid?

"ha ha, you're disabled, I can beat you up. I'm too big of a P**sy to fight someone who's my equal, so I'm just going to continue picking on you".....seriously?

I would've lost it on the kid too, frustration would've gotten the better of me, much like that teacher. I would've easily acted first, and thought about it last.
