Gamibt IS coldhearted...or he is supposed to be. I have actually grown quite sick of Rogue...not Kitty level mind you, but if she were to die..i wouldnt cry. Havent liked her since Clarmeont took what made her cool away...

Kinda hate the premise of her with a passion, but the brat does crack me up once in a while and that pic of her wielding that "Hello Kitty" umbrella was just priceless.

Or we could just go with my scenario of him shoving a charged full deck down Rogue's throat. Cause if I'd have to chose, I'd pick Layla as the one I'd want to live.

I'd like a return to cold-hearted after all this neutered crap. Early on, Gambit was a huge bastard, and it was awesome! He basically admitted that he was just toying with Rogue when he first asked her out and still got her to go along with it.

While I prefer that form of Gambit to the current one, we can't expect him to go back entirely. But part of fiction is characters changing... So it was inevitable that Gambit drop the cold-hearted thread. Hopefully the writers finally lets him get out of this neutered stage and continue to develop...
