I don't think Minority Report is an action film per se. It's a chase film. Spielberg didn't set out to make an action extravaganza, from what I can tell. There isn't all that much action, but what there is is very cool. Am I the only one who feels the film reaches it's zenith at the Leo Crow murder scene, and apart from Danny's final moments, becomes underwhelming after that?
This is one my favorite Spielberg movies ever, but the ending always kind of disappointed me.

The only time I sorta understand it is if there's a lot of pages on the topic already, but here there was only like 2-3 pages; It's sad that people can't read like 30 posts before posting.I'm glad. I keep forgetting that not everyone thoroughly reads opening posts.
Batman Begins instantly springs to mind.
^ Out of those three, TIH was the one with more action--I think![]()
Bay should stop directing and start working as an action sequence consultant.. or something like that. Keep him away from the director's chair. Or any chair, for that matter.
